With the continuous increase of labor costs,the traditional rape seedling transplanting has low efficiency.The replacement of labor with machinery can reduce production costs.The direct seeding technology of rape has gradually replaced seedling transplanting for large-scale promotion.After the ban on straw burning,returning straw to the field has become the main way for comprehensive utilization of straw.However,returning straw to the field has a certain negative impact on the emergence and growth of direct seeding rape,inhibiting the emergence of rapeseed and hindering the rooting of rapeseed.To study the whole seedling and strong seedling technology of direct seeding rape under the condition of returning rice straw to the field,in order to alleviate the negative impact of straw returning on the seedling and growth of direct seeding rapeseed,promote the whole seedling and strong seedling of direct seeding rape under the condition of returning straw to the field,and realize the direct seeding of direct seeding under the straw returning to the field.With high and stable oil production,it is of great significance to guide field production.In this paper,Feng You 737 is used as the experimental material to study the effects of techniques such as adjusting the sowing amount,soaking treatment,and chemical regulation of the seedling stage on the emergence and growth of direct seeding rape under the condition of returning straw to the field.The main results are as follows:(1)The selected reagent has an effect on the growth of rape under the condition of returning straw to the field.The defects of single reagent soaking seeds are obvious,such as inhibiting emergence or mad growth of hypocotyls.After reasonable compounding,the compound reagent can make up for the defects of single reagent to a certain extent;the selected C1(40mg/L gibberellin+200mg/L ammonium molybdate+2000mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate+400mg/L boric acid,the same below)and C2(200mol/L melatonin+200mg/L ammonium molybdate+2000mg/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate+400mg/L boric acid two sets of composite reagents,Compared with a single compound reagent,the seedling emergence rate is guaranteed and the hypocotyl has no obvious negative impact.When applied to the field,the density of direct seeding rapeseed after soaking with C1 and C2 reagents under the straw returned to the field is increased by 23.28%and 3.97%.Respectively compared with that of soaking with water,the total heel length of the seedlings was longer than24.12%and 29.89%in the clear water soaking treatment with straw returned to the field,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)Straw returning to the field inhibited the growth and development of direct seeding rape.After C1 and C2 seed soaking treatments,the biomass accumulation,total root length,and soluble sugar content of straw returned to the field were higher than those of clear water seed soaking treatments,and the difference reached significant(P<0.05);C2 reagent soaking reduced the freezing damage index and significantly increased the rapeseed The overwintering rate.Increasing the sowing rate from3.75kg/hm~2to 6.0kg/hm~2 can significantly increase the density of direct seeding rape under the straw returning to the field,but increasing the sowing rate inhibits the accumulation of individual plant biomass to a certain extent.Compared with the control group,soaking seeds with C1 and C2 reagents under the conditions of returning straw to the field and non-returning straw to the field increased the yield and reached a significant impact on the sowing rate(P<0.05);at the same level,the sowing rate was increased from 3.75 kg/hm~2 to 6.0kg/hm~2.The increase in output is not significant.(3)Foliar spraying of uniconazole and rich potassium water-soluble fertilizer at the three-leaf stage can increase the soluble sugars in the leaves,and the effect is significant(P<0.05);spraying of uniconazole can reduce the planting of direct-seeded rapeseed under the condition of returning straw to the field.high.Spraying Uniconazole and Fuwan Potassium under straw returning to the field can increase the yield of direct seeding rape,and the difference is significant(P<0.05);when straw is not returned to the field,spraying Fuwan Potassium has a significant difference(P<0.05).
