major agricultural country,it is a major agricultural country in the world.The development of agriculture has made a great contribution to economic development.Therefore,improving agricultural production efficiency,reducing agricultural production costs,and reducing environmental pollution are the only roads for my country’s agricultural development..The development of precision agriculture is inseparable from the application of intelligent agricultural equipment.Through intelligent agricultural equipment,it is more convenient to realize the efficient and unmanned agricultural farming and harvesting.Wolfberry is a characteristic industry of Ningxia.Ningxia is the origin of wolfberry.Ningxia wolfberry has a history of more than 500 years.Ningxia wolfberry ranks in the forefront of the country in terms of efficacy and nutritional value.Lycium barbarum is tender,juicy,sweet and delicious in its red fruit period,and is easily attacked by diseases and insect pests.Therefore,the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests is particularly important.At present,there is no intelligent spraying machine developed for wolfberry at home and abroad.The ordinary orchard spraying machine is not suitable for wolfberry because it meets the characteristics of full canopy spraying.Large spray intensity.Lycium barbarum is a perennial shrub.The crown height of its plant is generally between 1-2 meters.Orchard sprayers often fail to hit the bottom of the plant and concentrate the medicine in the middle and upper part of the fruit tree,resulting in incomplete application and pesticide residues.The existing wolfberry spraying machine has a low degree of intelligence,and it often uses a uniform spray method to evenly spray a certain amount of mixed liquid in a certain area of the wolfberry garden,which cannot achieve precise target spraying,and pesticides are likely to remain underground.Affect the quality of the land and bring negative effects to the planting of wolfberry.Aiming at the problem of pesticide residues and insufficient application of the existing wolfberry air-feed spraying machine that can not adaptively spray according to the wolfberry plant,this paper designs a kind of intelligent spraying based on the 3WJF-600 traction air-feeding sprayer The control system is mainly divided into the following tasks:(1)According to the detailed comparison of the working environment of the spraying machine,a control system with the BCM2711 as the core single-chip microcomputer as the controller is designed.The system is composed of an information acquisition device,a controller and a spraying execution device.The information acquisition device is composed of two groups of 6 ultrasonic sensors arranged on both sides of the sprayer,a speed sensor installed on the outside of the tractor cab,a flow sensor and a pressure sensor installed in the liquid medicine pipeline;the controller is composed of 64 bits It is composed of ARM single chip microcomputer,PWM generator,and D/A converter;the execution device is composed of a spray control loop composed of a pulley,a plunger pump,a spray volume adjustment valve and a fan nozzle.(2)Designed a spray quantity control model and completed the programming and debugging of related software.The model is divided into a plant crown volume density model and a spray quantity decision model.The controller calculates the plant model and adjusts each valve separately to realize real-time adjustment of spray volume according to a single plant to the target,and can realize functions such as stopping spraying,adjusting spray volume according to plant size and density,real-time spray volume and total spray volume statistics.(3)Carried out parking simulation experiment and field experiment of wolfberry plantation according to design requirements.In the parking simulation experiment,the tractor is idling on the spot,and the plant is simulated to detect the operation of each component of the control system.At the same time,it can detect the real-time nature of the spraying device.The field test is divided into spray volume experiment and fog drop deposition volume experiment.The accuracy of spray volume model and droplet distribution can be obtained from these two experiments.From the results of field experiments,it can be seen that compared with the traditional uniform spraying,the intelligent control system can reduce the use of pesticides,and the uniformity of fog drops is better,which effectively reduces pesticide residues and environmental pollution,and solves the problem in the process of planting wolfberry.The problem of spraying drugs has improved the intelligence of the wolfberry industry.
