The Cerambycini belongs to Cerambycidae,Cerambycinae. At present,The Cerambycini includes 2 subtribes,106 genera 801 species worldwide. There are 23 genera,72 species recorded in China. Many species are economically important, which are extremely harmful to agricultural and forestry plants. In addition, some are quarantine species. The following problems on taxonomy need to be solved.such as unstable the taxonomic status of some species,It is difficult to identify some similar species based on external morphology only;and lack of detailed descriptions of adults and male genitalia of some species. This thesis reviewed the economic significance, research progress and application of molecular markers in insect phylogeny of the Cerambycini.Catalogue of Chinese Cerambycini was presented.A detailed description of the external morphology and male genitalia of new species and newly recorded species from China was provided,as well as photos of adult and male genitalia. The NJ tree was constructed based on COI sequence, and the species identification of Chinese Cerambycini was discussed by both the method of ABGD species definition and morphological characteristics. The phylogenetic study of the Cerambycini is based on molecular data.In addition, the genus and species of the Cerambycini are revised by combining with morphological characteristics. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Taxonomy study of Cerambycini from ChinaThis study collected of a large number of relevant literature materials, including the original description of most species of Cerambycini and examine the specimen. In this study,23 genera,72 species of Cerambycini were recorded, and a catalogue of Cerambycini from China. There were 4 new species and 3 new recorded species from China. In addition, external morphology pictures of adult of the Cerambycini involving9 genera,19 species, male genitalia pictures involving 6 genera,11 species, and pictures of head and protothorax of 7 species from 2 genera in detail are provided.(1)Four new speciesNeocerambyx breviantennalis sp.nov.Pseudopachydissus hainanensis sp.nov.Trachylophus chiangi Lu,Li & Chen,2019Trachylophus tianmuensis Lu,Li & Chen,2019(2)Three new records species from ChinaGibbocerambyx fulvescens(Gahan,1894)Pseudaeolesthes aureopilosa(Gressitt & Rondon,1970)Pseudaeolesthes rufimembris(Pic,1923).(3)There new combinationsMassicus vitalisi(Pic,1923)comb.nov.Pseudaeolesthes oenochrous(Fairmaire,1889)comb.nov.Trachylophus fulvopubens(Pic,1933)comb.nov.(4)Restore one combinationMassicus raddei(Blessig,1872)comb.rest.2.Molecular barcoding study of Cerambycini105 COI sequences of 28 species and 15 genera of the Ceramicbycini for molecular barcode analysis. The result showed that the genetic distance within species was 0.000-0.012,the genetic distance between species was 0.0058-0.0164.NJ trees shows that the same species within the Cerambycini are clustered. The results of species-delimitation based on ABGD consistent with the NJ tree and the identification based on the morphology It shows that COI could be used for identification of Cerambycini.3.Phylogeny study of CerambyciniSixteen genera,31 species,113 individuals from the Cerambycini were selected, combined with 3 mitochondrial genes(COI,12 S r RNA,16 S r RNA,)and 2 nuclear genes(28S r RNA,H3),and the molecular phylogenetic tree of the Cerambycini was constructed based on Bayesian Inference and Maximum Likelihood. The results are as follows:(1)Cerambycini is paraphyletic group. Most genera of the tribe Cerambycini are monophyletic groups.(2)Massicus is paraphyletic group,Neocerambyx raddei Blessig,1872 and Neocerambyx vitalisi Pic,1923 should be transferred to Massicus.(3)Trachylophus is paraphyletic group,Nadezhdiella fulvopubens(Pic,1933)should be transferred into Trachylophus.(4)Hemadius oenochrous Fairmaire,1889,is more closely related to Pseudaeolesthes. It is suggested that Hemadius oenochrous should be transferred into Pseudaeolesthes, based on the side spike of pronotal and lacking the spike in antennae.(5)It is supports the status of three new species among Neocerambyx breviantennalis sp.nov.,Pseudopachydissus hainanensis sp.nov.and Trachylophus chiangi Lu,Li & Chen,2019.(6)It is verified that Trirachys orientalis Hope,1842,T.sinensis(Gahan,1890)and T.holosericeus(Fabricius,1787)belongs to genus Trirachys, which consistent with the(Vitali et al.,2017). |
