China is a large country of aquaculture,but not a strong country,the transformation and upgrading needs urgent.The rapid development of large-scale,intensive,facility-based aquaculture has put forward new requirements for information technology such as online monitoring of water quality and automatic control of equipment.With the continuous development of Io T in aquaculture,there are many aquaculture Io T systems for monitoring dissolved oxygen,temperature,p H and other water quality indicators.However,due to the lack of standards,dissolved oxygen sensors are diverse,different manufacturers,different types of dissolved oxygen sensor interface is not standardized,resulting in poor compatibility of water quality monitoring Io T system,replacement sensors may need to rebuild the Io T system,significantly increasing the application cost of the Io T system,which restricts the promotion and application of aquaculture Io T technology.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the middleware technology of aquaculture dissolved oxygen sensor interface,research and design an aquaculture dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware,and realize different brands of dissolved oxygen sensors "plug and play" without changing the architecture of water quality monitoring IOT system.The paper contains the following main elements.1.Explain the research background and significance of the middleware for aquaculture dissolved oxygen sensor interface,and analyze the current status and development trend of domestic and international research.2.Introduce the related technologies involved in developing the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware,analyze the functions and performance requirements of the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware,and propose the overall scheme of the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware.3.Complete the system hardware design.The dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware is based on STM32F103C8T6 as the main controller,including power supply module,FLASH memory module,signal acquisition module,RS-485 communication module and Wi Fi communication module and other auxiliary modules;then after the selection and analysis of key chips,HX710 A was determined as the analog-to-digital conversion chip and W600 as the Wi Fi communication chip;finally,the application of Finally,Or CAD software was applied to draw the circuit diagram,and PCB board was made to solder the components.4.Complete the system software design.C language and RT-Thread studio are used for software development,mainly including port configuration,data sampling module,data storage module,data sending module and system reset module,and the corresponding threads are designed to realize the functions of each module respectively;Aliyun Io T platform is used as the cloud server to complete the data transmission between the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware and the upper computer.5.System test.The web terminal is developed using Python as the test platform;the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware is connected with the dissolved oxygen sensor,and the web terminal is used to complete the system test;the web terminal displays the dissolved oxygen data in real time,and the AZ 8403 dissolved oxygen meter is used to verify the accuracy of the data.Indicates that the dissolved oxygen sensor interface middleware is operating normally.
