Research On The Integrated Development Of Crayfish Industry In Xuyi County

In 2015,the No.1 document of the CPC Central Committee for the first time called for promoting the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries and vigorously developing haracteristic industries according to local conditions.Since then,the No.1 central document every year has emphasized the importance of integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.The research on the integrated development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County has practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County,and it also has reference value for the high-quality development of crayfish industry or characteristic agricultural industry in other areas.Based on theory of industry chain,industrial cluster,six-sector economy and integrated development,the integrated development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County was systematically studied by literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis,investigation and SWOT analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）The integrated development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County can be divided into the initial stage,rapid growth stage and transitional development stage.The integrated development of the crayfish industry in Xuyi County has gradually improved through the development of "Thirteen Spices" seasoning,the establishment of crayfish festival,the cultivation of the brand of "Xuyi Crayfish",the development of comprehensive farming of crayfish and rice,and the integration with the Internet.Six main modes for the integrated development of crayfish industry have been formed,including "crayfish+rice" agricultural internal integration type,"crayfish+processed products" industrial chain extension type,"crayfish+cultural tourism" agricultural multi-function expansion type,"crayfish+characteristic town" industry city integration type,"crayfish+industrial park" industrial cluster type and "crayfish+Internet" technology penetration type.（2）The integrated development of the crayfish industry in Xuyi County has promoted the development of the county’s characteristic planting and breeding industry,and driven the development of food,feed processing industry and tertiary industry service industry."Xuyi Crayfish" has become a regional well-known brand with remarkable social and economic benefits.It is found that there are some problems in the integrated development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County,such as not enough attention to the quality of crayfishthe in the breeding,the lack of some links in the standard system of the whole industrial chain,industrial technology research laging behind industrial development and market demand,the development of agricultural business entities,the basic service support,the brand publicity and promotion,and the development level of industrial integration to be improved.（3）The main experience of the integrated development of crayfish industry in Qianjiang City of Hubei Province is to continue to increase government policy support,constantly innovate breeding technology and mode,focus on the development of intensive processing,improve the standard system of the whole industry chain,build a relatively mature sales and circulation system,and attach importance to brand creation and publicity.The main experience of the integrated development of the vegetable industry in Shouguang City of Shandong Province is to pay close attention to the construction of seed industry system,adhere to innovation in holding the international vegetable science and Technology Expo,establish superior circulation and sales system,and attach great importance to scientific and technological innovation in vegetable industry.These have a reference significance for Xuyi County to promote the high quality integrated development of crayfish industry in the future.（4）It is suggested that the development of crayfish industry in Xuyi County should give priority to the ST（internal advantages + external threats）strategy,making full use of the inherent natural resource conditions suitable for the growth and breeding of crayfish in Xuyi County,and giving full play to the traffic location advantages of Xuyi County,taking advantage of the scientific and technological innovation advantages covering all links of the whole industrial chain of crayfish,closely following the changes of market demand,continuously improving the quality of crayfish products,and enriching the types of crayfish products and the forms and contents of crayfish festivals,leading to the crayfish in Xuyi County with unique taste and high-end quality gaining an advantage in the fierce market competition with the help of the brand festival keeping pace with the times.（5）The main objectives of the high-quality integrated development of the crayfish industry in Xuyi County are improving the quality and efficiency of crayfish breeding,expanding and strengthening the processing of crayfish and rice,comprehensively upgrading the tertiary industry of crayfish,maintaining the leading brand development,strengthening the scientific and technological support,comprehensively improving the standardization level,continuously growing new business owners and taking the lead in the level of integrated development.The main countermeasures and suggestions are clarifying the policy to guide integration,strengthening the main body to drive the integration,providing service to guarantee the integration,innovating technology to support the integration,perfecting mechanism to optimize the integration,upgrading standard to standardize the integration,cultivating brands to stimulate the integration.
