Private enterprises are an integral part of China’s economic development.Their healthy and stable development is not only related to the interests of private enterprises,but also related to all aspects of society,economy,humanities and so on.In recent years,the state has also paid more and more attention to the protection of the natural ecological environment.Government departments at all levels have successively formulated a series of preferential policies to support the development of relevant private enterprises.Although the garden engineering industry has also made corresponding progress,because it has the characteristics of traditional engineering industry,it needs a lot of investment such as capital and talents in the early stage of its development.In the medium term,due to the long operation time,the investment recovery speed in the later stage is slow,The final yield is not high.This requires enterprises to have strong capital turnover capacity and financing capacity,but private enterprises are difficult to meet these conditions.It is against this background that Palm Shares introduced the mixed ownership reform of Zhongyuan Yuzi Ivestment Holding Group Co.,Ltd,a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned capital Yuzi Holding.This case is very typical.Through the study of Palm Shares,we can not only know that the development of private enterprises in recent years is full of twists and turns,but also have reference and reference significance for other private enterprises that intend to introduce state-owned shareholders to carry out mixed reform to improve the business environment.This paper further enriches and improves the theoretical basis of the mixed ownership reform of private enterprises,and provides a guiding theory for private enterprises to improve the ownership structure,improve enterprise performance and improve business efficiency.At the same time,this paper analyzes the typical case of introducing Yuzi Holding into Palm Shares,which can help understand the new path of reverse mixed reform of private enterprises introducing state-owned assets,and also provide reference and reference for private enterprises to be mixed reform similar to Palm Shares,which should solve some practical problems in practice.Focusing on the core content of the impact of state-owned assets on Palm Shares,this paper explains why Palm Shares should introduce state-owned assets,why Yuzi Holding should enter private enterprises,what impact state-owned assets have on the performance of Palm Shares,and what is the internal mechanism of its impact.This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and so on.Firstly,using the analysis of the lower level indicators,this paper explores the impact mechanism of the introduction of Palm Shares into Yuzi Holding.Secondly,through the comparison of the profitability,solvency,operation ability and growth ability of Palm Shares before and after the mixed reform,as well as the comparison between Palm Shares and the average value of the same industry,this paper analyzes whether Yuzi Holding’s shareholding has an impact on the performance of Palm Shares and how it has an impact.Finally,the research conclusions are drawn:(1)according to the ICP analysis paradigm,we can know that the introduction of Yuzi Holdings has optimized the governance structure of Palm Shares,enriched the allocation of board members and more effective supervision mechanism.(2)The optimization of the governance structure of Palm Shares has brought good internal and external resource conditions to the enterprise,and further improved the investment and financing ability of the enterprise.(3)The shareholding of Yuzi Holdings has improved the performance indicators of Palm Shares,and the four capabilities of Palm Shares have been improved.
