Effect Of Drinking Water With Compound Acidifier On Growth Performance,Blood Immunity,Intestinal Digestive Enzymes And Large Intestinal Microorganism Of Weaned Piglets Fed With Antibiotic-Free Diets

Drinking Water Sanitation has an important effect on non-resistant feeding,but there are few reports on this aspect.This study investigated the microorganism situation and ion buffer capacity of drinking water in different regions,and found that there were differences in water quality of pasture in different regions.The drinking water microorganisms at the end of waterline in pig farms exceeded the standard,especially Enterobacter and Escherichia Coli.The effects of compound organic acids on the growth performance,blood immunity,intestinal digestive enzymes and intestinal Microflora of Weanling pigs fed without anti-diet were analyzed by adding compound organic acids into drinking water,This was an exploratory attempt made for the upcoming antibiotics free feed in 2020.There were two parts in this study.1.Microbial investigation of drinking water in different functional areas of largescale pig farms.Water sanitation in breeding farms had an important effect on AGP free feeding in animal farms,but there are few report on this aspect at present.Therefore,the purpose of this experiment was to learn about the drinking water sanitation in different regions and different pig farms,and to provide certain reference for the upcoming AGP free diet.Water samples were collected from more than 300 pig farms from Hebei,Shandong,Hubei,Fujian and Hainan.Totally 26 water samples were collected from the outlet of the water tower and the end of the water line of the pig farms.The microorganism,the buffering capacity and the pH value of drinking water were tested.The buffer capacity of drinking water was determined indirectly by an acid titration curve.The outcomes showed as followings:(1)There was certain difference in drinking water sanitation of the pig farms in the different sampling areas.The risk of microorganism at the outlet of the water tower was relatively small,while which at the end of the water line in pig farms was bigger.It is mainly manifested in the risk of exceeding the standards of Enterobacteria,Escherichia coli,yeast and molds.Therefore,pig farms should pay more attention to the safety of drinking water at the end of the water line.(2)The amount of organic acids used to titrate curve to the pH value of 3.80~4.00 varies in different regions.Usually,water in the north was hard,while which in the south was relatively soft.(3)There was no inevitable relationship between the microbial contamination and hardness of water.2.Effect of adding organic acid to drinking water on technical performance of weaned piglets.In the early stage of this experiment,water samples were tested,the levels of Enterobacter,Escherichia Coli,yeast and molds in the water were detected.The test results showed that(Unit,Log10CFU/mL):the Enterobacter was more than 4.25 Log 10CFU/mL,Escherichia Coli was 3.4 Log10CFU/mL,Yeast was 3.6 Log 10CFU/mL,Mold was 3.6 Log10CFU/mL.A field trial was conducted to investigate the effect of combined organic acids(Selko(?) pH,liquid,Trouw Nutrition Company,Netherland)which was added to water on the growth performance,blood immunity,intestinal digestive enzymes and large intestinal microbiota of weaned piglets.A total of 144 Duroc × Landrace×Large White three cross piglets weaned at 28 d were selected and assigned randomly to 18 pens(8 piglets/pen),6 replicates per treatment.The control group was fed basal diet without antibiotics,AGP treatment was fed basal diets with 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline in the diets,and the organic acids group were fed basal diet with 1.5 L liquid organic acids per ton in the water.The experiment period lasted for 28 days.The results showed the valves of Enterobacter,Escherichia Coli,yeast and molds in the organic acid group were combined standards,but there were exceeded in the control group and the antibiotic group and the average daily weight gain(ADG)of the control group,organic acids group and the AGP group were 178,263 and 243 g/d,respectively,the latter two treatments were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the organic acids group and AGP group.The average daily feed intake of organic acids group was up to 560 g/d,which was significantly higher than that of the control(P=0.03),but there was no difference between the control and the AGP group.Compared with the control,the AGP group and organic acids group both significantly reduced FCR(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the AGP group and organic acids group.Compared with AGP,organic acids significantly increased the activities of duodenal trypsin(P<0.05),respectively,but there was no difference on jejunal digestive enzymes.Adding organic acid to drinking water significantly reduced the number of Escherichia Coli and total aerobic bacteria(P<0.05),and significantly increased the content of serum IgM(P<0.05).For the time being,the input output of production performance was taken into account instead of input of fixed assets.Organic acid added to the drinking water increased by 65.13 yuan/head compared with antibiotics during the test period.To sum up,this study found that microorganisms in drinking water at the end of waterline in the investigated area exceeded the standard,especially Enterobacter and Escherichia coli,as well as mold and yeast.Adding compound organic acid to drinking water inhibited pathogenic bacteria in the water,improved the production performance of weaning piglets,increaseed the duodenum trypsin activity,reduced the number of Escherichia Coli and total aerobic bacteria,enhance immunity,improve economic benefits.
