| Piglet diarrhea refers to the syndrome mainly characterized by diarrhea aged 0~60 days, which hinders the growth of piglets.Piglet diarrhea is the most common disease difficult to be radically cured in the process of cultivation.Diarrhea is mainly caused by bacterial diarrhea, viral diarrhea, parasitic diarrhea and stress response caused by diarrhea.E.coli,C.welchii,Salmonella are the main pathogens causing bacterial diarrhea. In order to further understand the epidemic situation of piglet diarrhea in Changji,a pathogenic detection was conducted on 759 piglet diarrhea cases from three areas(102 community,Caijiahu Town and Communist Youth League),and the results were sorted out and analyzed to determine the causes of piglet diarrhea in the areas. An epidemiological investigation on 759 piglets in three farms in Changji was conducted from 2017 to 2019.The results show that among the 759 piglets aged 0~60 days investigated from September 2017 to June 2019 in the surrounding areas of Changji,212 were attacked by the disease and 71 died. The incidence rate in 2017 was 34.34%(91/265),and that in 2018 and 2019 decreased to 28.11%(70/249)and 20.82%(51/245),respectively.The three-year fatality rate was 30.77%,35.71%and 35.29%,respectively.The main pathogens of piglet diarrhea include Escherichia coli(24.06%),salmonella(17.45%)and streptococcus(15.57%).Bacterial diarrhea mostly occurred in spring and winter. Both management mode and environmental factors can induce the disease. In this research,12 types of drugs including amoxicillin, norfloxacin, and enrofloxacin were used for the drug sensitivity test. The results showed that the pathogenic bacteria of E.coli piglet diarrhea are highly sensitive to enrofloxacin. Therefore, enrofloxacin was selected as a medicine in the western medicine group, and Christm powder was selected as a medicine in the Chinese medicine group.Through comparison,it was found that the cure rate of the two groups was the same, but the weight increase of the Chinese medicine group was larger than that of the western medicine group. |
