Research On Promoting The Development Of Deep-water Cage Culture In Guangdong Province

Deep water cage is a new type of aquaculture mode,which is of great significance for promoting the adjustment of fishery industry structure,expanding the development space of fishery industry,and promoting the entrepreneurship and employment of fishermen.Guangdong has always attaches great importance to and support the development of the deep water area.In recent years,Guangdong has launched a series of policies and measures to promote deep water aquaculture industry,gradually formed a adapt to the Guangdong sea sea state series breeding techniques and equipment manufacturing process.Promoting the deep aquaculture has become an important development of mariculture in Guangdong.However,compared with developed countries and regions such as Norway and other deep-water cage,as well as Hainan,Fujian,Shandong and other deep-water cage development accelerated brother provinces,Guangdong deep-water cage aquaculture industry development is still not perfect industrial chain,the planning is not scientific enough.What’s more,there are other prominent problems restricting the development and growth of deep-water cage aquaculture.With the increasingly serious pollution of coastal environment and the increasing shortage of shoreline resources,it has become an inevitable choice to promote mariculture industry for offshore and deep sea area.This paper aims to analysis the Guangdong deep-water cages breeding industry development present situation,finding the current problems and trend of deep water aquaculture faces.Using economies of scale,market structure analysis,it tries to put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to Guangdong deep water aquaculture industry.This thesis is divided into seven parts.The first part puts forward the background and significance of deep-water cage culture development,the literature review of the industry development at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part introduces the concept and theoretical basis of deep water cage culture.The third and fourth parts,through the investigation and visit the relevant fishery departments,sort out and analyze the current situation of the development of Guangdong deep-water cage culture industry,analyze its macro environment with PEST analysis method and put forward the challenges of Guangdong deep-water cage culture;sixth,seventh part through the method of case analysis to sum up the experiences of Zhanjiang deep water aquaculture,combined with the deep water aquaculture development experience at home and abroad.In the last part,the thesis puts forward effective ways for accelerating the development of deep water aquaculture industry in Guangdong: first,to speed up the deep-water area core equipment technology innovation,to adapt to the Guangdong sea sea condition particularity,to improve the Deep-water area deep sea adaptability;Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of deep-water cage leading enterprises,encourage scientific and technological support,scale development,enterprise management,industrial operation,and improve the organizational level of Guangdong deepwater cage industry;Again,to enrich the development of deep water cage development of diversified investment channels,through financial funds and policy guidance,encourage private social funds,venture capital investment in deep water cage farming industry.
