With the transformation and upgrading of my country’s aquaculture industry and the guidance of fishery policy,the problem of underdeveloped fishery supporting facilities has become more and more obvious.The scale of farmed fish has far exceeded the current level of labor production.It is urgent to develop and design fishery-related supporting aquaculture equipment to replace traditional manual operations and further realize"smart fishery".The unbalanced growth of fish populations due to the density of fish in cages,competition in feeding within species,and disorderly feeding have resulted in unbalanced growth of the fish population.The sale of fish at the same price directly affects the economic benefits of the fish throughout the period.Regularly grading the body weight of cultured fish can effectively eliminate the"law of the jungle"competition in the fish stock.After grading,fish bodies that do not reach the peddling standard can continue to be raised,and the selling price of adult fish can be refined,thereby increasing the total economic income.Catch counting and measurement is an effective means of assessing the benefits of fish.It is conducive to determining the amount of fish that have not reached the standard fish body continued to raise and feed,and to select the next stage of aquaculture sea areas.It is also an important part of fishery informatization.In order to realize the classification,counting and production of cultured fish,this paper designs a roller-type classification and counting fishery supporting equipment for grading and counting the body weight of the fish after the suction pump is picked up.The four body weight grades were sorted,and the output calibration experiment was carried out on the counting production system.The prototype design,simulation research,prototype grading performance experiment of the grading device and the damage rate statistics of the fish body after grading were carried out.The main work and results of this research are as follows:(1)The shape characteristics of the oval fish were measured,and the mathematical relationship between the weight W and the thickness B of the oval fish was obtained as the growth modelW(28)0.0076B2.9887,and the fitting correlation wasR12(28)0.9804.Use this fitting equation as the theoretical basis for fish classification.(2)The overall structure design of the grading and counting device was carried out,and the mechanical analysis of the fish body between the rollers was carried out,and the factors affecting the sliding speed of the fish body between the rollers were obtained.The arrangement scheme of the grading rollers and the distance between the rollers were determined,and the whole machine The key components were designed.(3)Based on the EDEM discrete element software,the working process of the classification device was simulated and analyzed,and the single factor test and Box-Behnken response surface test were carried out.The influence of various factors on the classification accuracy is obtained in order:the inclination angle of the grading roller,the amount of fish feeding between the rollers,and the speed of the grading roller.Optimized the parameters using the Optimization module in the Design-Expert software,and obtained the optimized working parameters when the classification accuracy is the evaluation index,that is,when the inclination angle of the grading roller is 9.89°,and the fish feeding amount between the rollers is 1 tail/s,When the grading roller rotates to204.4r/min,the grading accuracy rate is 94.54%.Through the grading performance test of the prototype,the grading accuracy rateη1 of the prototype was obtained as 88%.The visual inspection method was used to detect whether the fish surface has physical damage after grading,and the damage rateη2 of the grading operation of the prototype was obtained as 2%.Effectively realize the weight classification of oval fish,and the prototype has low damage to the fish,which can meet production needs.(4)The indoor calibration test was carried out on the counting device.Through the use of high-speed photography to capture the phenomenon of the fish body colliding with the production board,the best measurement angle of the production board is obtained,and the acceleration of the fish body falling impact is measured by the vibration sensor,and the fish body weight M(g)and the vibration acceleration of the production board are obtained.The mathematical relationship model of voltage x(v)is M=185.16x-87.466,and the fitting correlation is R22=0.8533.The mathematical relationship model is used as the theoretical basis for fish catching production.
