High clearance self-propelled sprayer as a large and efficient plant protection machinery is widely used in plant protection operations.However,due to the large body mass,the width of the spray rod and the complex operating conditions,the vibration of the body will cause the excessive vibration of the spray rod in the operation process,which will affect the spraying efficiency and operation quality of the sprayer.At home and abroad in this paper,the spray machine chassis suspension on the basis of the study,combined with the operation characteristics of sprayer,spray machine combination of gas and liquid suspension system was put forward the design scheme,spray machine vibration model is established,the combination of gas and liquid suspension simulation and parameter optimization,the field real vehicle test,the main research content is as follows:High clearance are analyzed based on the research status at home and abroad of selfpropelled sprayer chassis and suspension research background and significance,secondly combining the domestic and foreign representative model analyzes its chassis suspension technology,according to the current high gap self-propelled sprayer chassis and suspension in the vibration problems,put forward in this paper,the main research contents and technical route.Through analyzing the characteristics of the sprayer in the machine and the operating mode,and based on the research and development discovers the spray machine technical parameters,presents the design of the chassis suspension requirements,according to the current spray the suspension characteristics of machine equipment,design the structure of the combination of gas and liquid suspension solution,and according to the design requirements and structure scheme of key components of gas and liquid combination suspension design and type selection.By means of theoretical analysis,the mathematical models of stiffness and damping of air spring and hydraulic vibration damping system are established,and the effects of charging pressure of air spring on stiffness characteristics,charging pressure of accumulator on stiffness characteristics and diameter of damping valve on damping characteristics are analyzed.The vibration differential equations of 1/4 spray locomotive body and 1/2 spray locomotive body were established,and the main parameters affecting the vibration damping characteristics of the spray locomotive were analyzed.By means of co-simulation of ADAMS and AMESim,the vibration reduction characteristics of the gas-liquid combined suspension and the traditional air suspension under different speeds and different road excitation are compared and analyzed.The gas-liquid combined suspension has better vibration reduction effect than the traditional air suspension and is more suitable for the self-walking sprayer.The vibration model of 1/4 sprayer based on the gas-liquid combined suspension was established in AMESim,and the genetic algorithm in AMESim was adopted to optimize the gas-liquid combined suspension system.According to the optimization results,the vibration damping performance of the optimized gas-liquid combined suspension was improved by 36.86% compared with that before the optimization.For prototype designed by combination of gas and liquid suspension damping characteristic test,measured sprayer,under different speed and different road excitation motor support,vibration acceleration of the air spring,frame,according to the vibration acceleration obtained by the root mean square value shows that after the combination of gas and liquid suspension damping frame vibration acceleration with the decrease of the obvious,It shows that the combined gas-liquid suspension has good damping effect,and compared with the air spring,the combined gas-liquid suspension has better damping effect on the complex road surface.
