Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Citrus Huanglongbing Disease Control In Guilin,Guangxi

In this paper,literature induction,field visits,sampling survey,comparative analysis and other research methods were used to understand the current situation of citrus huanglongbing and the problems in the process of prevention and control,such as the quality of seedlings was not guaranteed,the management level was uneven,and the diseased trees were not completely removed.It was found that more than 95% of the citrus growers in this area realized the characteristics of citrus huanglongbing after using the comprehensive prevention and control technology of Citrus Huanglongbing.More than 95% farmers around the demonstration base carried out large-scale planting and standardized management under the guidance.The disease rate of citrus huanglongbing in the whole city remained below 2.5% for many years in a row,and the isolation rate of psyllid was nearly 100% after the technology of net and shed plantingwas applied.Through the comprehensive research on the local citrus planting situation and the occurrence of huanglongbing in recent years,the research data were obtained,and then the international and domestic research progress of huanglongbing theory and practice were compared and analyzed,and the effective practice experience and countermeasures were summarized:1.Regular publicizing and training were carried out to enhance farmers’ awareness of citrus huanglongbing;2.Demonstration model of standardized management and control of citrus huanglongbing was established to improve the management level of farmers;3.Control of Psylla was focused on and source of Psylla should be segregated in time;4.Innovative technologies such as net and shed planting was popularized to isolate Psylla vector;5.New resistant varieties against huanglongbing were speeded up to breed and management of seedlings needed to be completed;6.Field identification technology was popularized to remove the central diseased trees in time.The characteristics of comprehensive prevention and control measures of citrus huanglongbing in Guilin City,and the prospect of prevention and control of citrus huanglongbing was discussed in this paper.It was expected that this research gave a guidance to citrus production on the face and scientific basis for effective prevention and control of citrus huanglongbing in Guilin city and Guangxi,and promoted citrus industry to obtain better economic,ecological and social benefits.
