In order to improve the efficiency of soil fertility and realize the clean utilization of coal, this article explores the influence of mineral humic acid inoculants on the growth of potted cabbage, the physical and chemical properties of the soil and the structure of microbial community, and analyzes this new type of mineral humic acid inoculants. The effect on the production of Chinese cabbage and the improvement of partial saline-alkali soil,as well as the benefit analysis of the production of Chinese cabbage by the new mineral humic acid fungus product compared with the traditional production method of applying nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.A pot experiment was used to set a blank control CK,inorganic fertilizer treatment WJ,mineral-source humic acid inoculum and inorganic fertilizer group WJHA,lowaddition mineral-source humic acid inoculum to treat LHA,mineral-source humic acid inoculum group HA,and high-addition humic acid Six HHA treatments were treated with acid inoculum, and the growth traits, biomass, growth quality, soil aggregates, physicochemical properties, soil fertility nutrients and soil enzyme activity changes in different growth stages of Chinese cabbage after sowing in different treatments were measured before and after pot experiment.Changes in the composition of the microbial community. The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)In the pot experiment, the LHA,HA and HHA treatments of mineral humic acid inoculants significantly increased the relative development of the root system of Chinese cabbage, and the WJHA treatment greatly increased the chlorophyll content of the leaves. With the increase in the application amount of mineral humic acid inoculants, the growth-promoting effect of Chinese cabbage was gradually reduced. The 1:1combined application of mineral humic acid inoculants and inorganic fertilizers significantly increased the biomass of Chinese cabbage, which increased the yield by87.6% compared with CK treatment.Compared with WJ treatment, the yield is increased by 33.66%.Compared with CK,the soluble sugar content of Chinese cabbage in LHA treatment and WJHA treatment groups increased by 79.73% and 79.17% during harvest.During the growth of Chinese cabbage, the soluble protein content of Chinese cabbage decreased and then increased. The soluble protein content of Chinese cabbage treated with WJHA during the harvest period was the highest among the treatments in the same period, which increased by 22.06% compared to the control group.(2)Potted Chinese cabbage reduced the content of large aggregates in the soil to43.66%,which was 12.19% less than the soil before planting, while the content of large aggregates in the WJHA group increased by 26.98% compared to the original soil. The WJHA treatment significantly reduced the soil p H by 6%,and the Ec value increased by 140%.There are significant differences between the treatments of soil alkali hydrolysable nitrogen and available phosphorus. The combined application of microbial agents and inorganic fertilizers greatly promotes the absorption of available nitrogen and phosphorus by Chinese cabbage. With the increase of mineral humic acid inoculants, soil alkali hydrolysis nitrogen shows an upward trend, and available phosphorus shows a downward trend.Single application of mineral-source humic acid microbial inoculants can increase soil urease activity. The soil urease activity is the highest under the 1:1 combined application of bacteria and inorganic fertilizer, which is 14.84% higher than that of the control group. The effects of various experimental treatments on soil sucrase activity are quite different.Compared with CK treatment, the soil sucrase activity of WJHA is 67.46% higher. The low addition amount of mineral humic acid inoculants can promote soil sucrase activity to a certain extent effect.(3)Potted cabbage planting and different fertilization methods will affect the soil microbial community structure. In the experiment, only planting cabbage to treat CK increased the relative abundance ratio of the soil bacterial community Arthrobacter to7.49%,The proportion of WJ Arthrobacter dropped to 3.15%,and Nocardioides rose to 6.91%.With the increase of mineral-source humic acid inoculants, the proportion of Streptomyces gradually increased;for fungi,Basidiomycota with a weaker advantage in the original soil YT increased in proportion in the soil samples that were planted with cabbage CK and single fertilization treatment. At the genus level, the dominant genus in the original soil YT sample was Gibberella(25.17%)and Mortierella(15.90%).WJHA increased the relative abundance of Gibberella in the soil to 80.41%,which was2.19 times higher than the original soil YT;CK and single fertilization treatments in the soil samples of the group,Gibberella all declined. With the increase of mineral humic acid inoculants, the proportion of Didymella gradually decreased. The diversity of microbial community was related to leaf number and dry weight of Chinese cabbage, soil p H and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus, urease and sucrase activities are significantly related.
