In this study,the temperature,humidity,CO2 concentration and Pleustreus ostreatus yield data of four greenhouses in different seasons and under different weather conditions were collected from January 2020 to December 2020 in Nanning.Ultimately,the trends in temperature,humidity and CO2concentration inside and outside the traditional mushroom shed,grey film shed,insect proof net shed and heat insulation shed,as well as the growth rate,yield and pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus were obtained.We studied the effects of environmental factors on the growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus,and further analyzed the effects of growth rate and pollution rate on the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.The aim is to provide data and theory basis for improving mushroom shed and optimizing management measures.The results are as follows:1.In terms of air temperature,insect proof net shed,heat insulation shed and heat insulation shed showed great heat preservation advantages in spring,autumn and winter respectively.High temperature adversity mainly occurred in summer,and heat insulation shed shown the best resistance in high temperature among four different kinds of greenhouse.The average temperature in heat insulation shed was 28.43℃in summer,which was 3.89℃lower than traditional mushroom shed.2.In terms of humidity,the traditional mushroom shed had the lowest humidity-control capacity,while the insect proof net shed could reduce the humidity,but could not retain moisture effectively.For the heat insulation shed,the humidity-retaining capacity was not ideal.Grey film shed had the best humidity-control capacity,its range of moisture retention was large,which was better than other mushroom planting sheds in all the seasons.The average humidity of grey film shed was 80.68%,which was 2.68%higher than traditional mushroom shed.3.In terms of CO2,the concentration of CO2inside the traditional mushroom shed,grey film shed and insect proof net shed was significantly higher than outside.The concentration of CO2in traditional mushroom shed was542.9ppm,which was the highest among the four kinds of mushroom sheds.In spring,summer and autumn,the heat insulation shed could control and adjust CO2concentration by ventilation.In winter,the traditional mushroom shed had a great advantage in controlling the concentration of CO2comparing other sheds.4.In terms of the growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus in the shed,the growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus was higher in spring and autumn,decreased in winter,while the lowest growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus happened in summer.The growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus was significantly affected by temperature.In our study,high temperature hindered the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus rather than low temperature,while there was no significant effect of humidity and CO2on the growth rate.Among four seasons,the growth rate in heat insulation shed was the highest,insect proof net shed and grey film shed followed,and the growth rate in traditional mushroom shed was the lowest.The growth rate of heat insulation shed was 0.53mm/d,which higher than traditional mushroom shed.5.In terms of the pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus in the shed,the traditional mushroom shed had the highest pollution rate and the insect proof net shed had the lowest,which pollution rate was 1.55%lower than traditional mushroom shed,Throughout a year,Pleurotus ostreatus had the highest pollution rate in summer,pring and autumn followed,while the lowest pollution rate happened in winter.The pollution rate in winter was 4.04%lower than summer.Traditional mushroom shed could not prevent infection from pathogen effectively.Grey film shed,insect net shed and heat insulation shed could reduce pathogen infecting,and reduce the incidence rate effectively.among them,the insect proof net shed had the best effect in preventing pathogen infected.The pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus was also related to air temperature,when the temperature went up,the pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus increased;when the temperature went down,the pollution rate decreased.6.Regarding to the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus in the shed,the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus in winter was the highest,which yield was 653.9kg.Secondly,the yield of autumn and spring was 569.55kg and 550.15kg respectively.however,there is little difference in yield between spring and autumn.Meanwhile,there was no production in summer.The yield of Pleurotus ostreatus was directly related to the growth rate and pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus.During the cultivation of mushroom,we should not only consider the growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus,and the provision of suitable growth environment,but also pay attention to the hygiene and insect pests in the mushroom shed to reduce the pollution rate of Pleurotus ostreatus.In conclusion,the heat insulation shed and insect proof net shed are the most suitable mushroom sheds considering the climate characteristics of Nanning city.For the heat insulation shed and insect proof net shed,they have higher growth rate of Pleurotus ostreatus,higher disease resistance,and lower levels of pollution,which can improve the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus effectively.Compared with the grey film shed and traditional mushroom shed,our study proved that the heat insulation shed and insect proof net shed have significant advantages in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus,which is worth using and promoting in Nanning city.
