| The TaZip7 gene is a key gene that controls the trace element zinc in wheat grains,and plays an important role in the grain zinc content.In this experiment study,Nongmai2(47.1mg/kg),Neimai19(42.5mg/kg),Mengjian8(42.6mg/kg),15TS029-2(44.3mg/kg)and Menglanmai36(42.8 mg/kg)were selected with high zinc content in wheat grains.And another four test materials with low zinc content,Yongliang4(29.6mg/kg),Mengzimai33(32.6mg/kg),Luozhen1(31.2 mg/kg)and Zifan3(31.4 mg/kg).The full-length sequence of TaZip7 was amplified,in these 9 wheat materials 23 allelic caritions of the TaZip7 were amplified and named TaZip7-A1、TaZip7-A2、TaZip7-A3、TaZip7-A4、TaZip7-A5、TaZip7-A6、TaZip7-A7、TaZip7-A8、TaZip7-B1、TaZip7-B2、TaZip7-B3、TaZip7-B4、TaZip7-B5、TaZip7-B6、TaZip7-D1、TaZip7-D2、TaZip7-D3、TaZip7-D4、TaZip7-D5、TaZip7-D6、TaZip7-D7、TaZip7-D8、TaZip7-D9.Futher analysis of the expression characteristics of TaZip7-A,TaZip7-B and TaZip7-D detected were in matericals with different zinc content.The results showed that the expression levels of the transcripts of the genotypes of TaZip7-A,TaZip7-B and TaZip7-D in material with high zinc content than in material with low zinc content. |
