| In order to explore the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol and uniconazole on the growth characteristics of Amorpha fruticosa seedlings,this study applied the following 16 concentrations of paclobutrazol and uniconazole to the annual Amorpha fruticosa seedlings.It indicates that 100,200,300,400 mg/L Uniconazole and200,300,400,500 mg/L Paclobutrazol are combined respectively to form a compound drug,and the best drug treatment concentration and the best drug combination for the compound drug to regulate plant growth characteristics are obtained.It can better adapt to sand erosion in arid and semi-arid areas,and provide a theoretical basis for more extensive planting,development and utilization in desertified areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the increase of the treatment concentration,the plant height,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area of fruticosa seedlings showed a downward trend;the plant base diameter,branch base diameter,and branch angle first increased and then decreased with the increase of treatment concentration the trend of.(2)The compound of paclobutrazol and uniconazole effectively regulated the growth of amorpha seedlings’ root system indicators.The root length,root surface area,and root volume of amorpha pseudoacacia seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of the treatment concentration.trend.Paclobutrazol and Uniconazole treatments mainly promote the growth of fine and middle roots of the plant,thereby increasing the growth of the total root system of the plant.(3)The compound treatment of paclobutrazol and uniconazole inhibited the above-ground growth of amorpha seedlings,but promoted the growth of its root system,thus promoting the accumulation of plant biomass.After treatment with paclobutrazol and uniconazole,the total fresh weight,dry weight and root shoot ratio of the plant increased first and then decreased with the increase of the treatment concentration.(4)According to the results of principal component analysis,the processing with the best comprehensive ranking is the S2+D2 processing.Therefore,through principal component analysis,the optimal treatment concentration of paclobutrazol and uniconazole compound is judged to be a combination of 200mg/L and 200mg/L of paclobutrazol,which can regulate the growth characteristics of amorpha seedlings at this concentration.maximum. |
