Study On The Eggplant Verticillium Wilt Tissue Extract On Verticillium Wilt Of Antibacterial Effect And Its Verticillium Wilt Induced Disease Resistance

In this experiment,40%acetone,30%ethanol and distilled water were used as extracting agents to extract eggplant Verticillium Wilt tissues(diseased root neck and leaves),and the resulting extracts were used to treat eggplant Verticillium Wilt bacteria under medium condition,and two induction treatments were carried out at the 2-leaf-and-1-heart stage of eggplant seedlings,with the extracting agents as controls,through the investigation of the colony diameter of Verticillium Wilt,the natural pathogen-induced disease,the disease caused by artificial inoculation pathogens and the determination of physiological indexes,the bacteriostatic effect of different extracts on Verticillium Wilt of eggplant and the induced resistance effect on Verticillium Wilt of eggplant were studied.The results show that:1.Inhibitory effect The colony diameters after different extract treatments from small to large were ethanol leaf<ethanol root<acetone leaf<acetone root<water leaf<water root,the colony diameter by ethanol leaf treatment was always smaller than other treatments and control,0.72 mm lower than ethanol CK,5.31mm lower than the total control;the inhibition rate of Verticillium Wilt bacteria in Ethanol leaf treatment reached 48.36%,21.77%higher than the lowest inhibition effect of water root.2.Natural pathogen-induced disease tests(1)Nutritional growth indexes The plant height,stem thickness,number of leaves,and maximum leaf area of eggplant plants treated with ethanol leaf induction increased by 2.76 cm,0.48 mm,0.13,and 6.2 cm~2,respectively,compared with ethanol CK;and increased by 5.04 cm,1.41 mm,1.2,and 38.35cm~2compared with the total control.(2)Disease determination The disease rate and disease index after induction treatment by the six extracts were,from smallest to largest,ethanol leaf<acetone leaf<acetone root<ethanol root<ethanol root<water leaf<water root,the disease rate after induction treatment by ethanol leaf infusion was43.33%in the last survey,which was obviously lower than other treatments and control,23.34%lower than ethanol CK and 33.34%lower than total control,the difference was highly significant;the disease index of ethanol leaf treatment disease index was obviously lower than all other treatments and controls,11.11%less than that of ethanol CK and 21.11%less than that of the total control,with an induced resistance effect of 45.23%.3.Artificial inoculation pathogen-induced disease test The disease plant rate after induction treatment by the six extracts from smallest to largest was ethanol leaf<acetone leaf<acetone root<ethanol root<ethanol root<water leaf<water root,the disease plant rate after induction treatment by ethanol leaf infusion was 56.67%in the final survey,which was obviously lower than other treatments and control,7.85%lower than ethanol CK,26.66%lower than total control,and the difference was highly significant;ethanol leaf induction The disease index after treatment was always lower than the other treatments and significantly different from each treatment,7.67%lower than ethanol CK and20.28%lower than the total control,and the effect of induced resistance reached41.25%.4.Physiological indicators The enzymatic activities of SOD,POD,PPO,CAT and the contents of MDA and chlorophyll in the leaves of eggplant showed an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the content of MDA in each treatment reached the lowest value on the third day of the survey,and the content of MDA induced by ethanol leaves was the lowest,which was significantly lower than other treatments and controls;the activities of SOD,POD,PPO and chlorophyll peaked on the third day of the survey,while the activity of CAT peaked on the fourth day,the induction treatment by ethanol leaves was the highest enzyme activity and chlorophyll,which was significantly higher than those of the other treatments and the control.In conclusion,the eggplant plants treated with ethanol leaf induction showed the best growth and development,the lowest disease index and the greatest induction effect.
