Safety Evaluation For QinZhu Miscarriage Preventive Tablets Of Pet With Chinese Herbal Compound

Threatened abortion is a disease in the early pregnancy of dogs,which not only causes the death of the fetus,but also causes great harm to the matrix.Compound Qinzhu Miscarriage Preventive Tablets uses traditional Chinese herbal compound of monarch content are Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Atractylodes macrocephala,assistant with Eucommia,Angelica,Codonopsis pilosula,etc.to treat threatened abortion.The pre-clinical safety evaluation is the prerequisite for the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.This test passes the research on the acute toxicity test,subchronic toxicity test and target animal safety test of Qinzhu Miscarriage Preventive Tablets.The main results are as follows:1.Qinzhu Miscarriage Preventive Tablets were used in a gastric gavage test on mice,and the results showed that the mice did not die.It was determined that the LD50 of the drug to mice was greater than 0.6g/kg body weight.The maximum tolerable dose is 18g/kg body weight.2.The rats were fed for 30 days with four groups of different doses.Three groups were high,medium and low dose groups of 12g/kg,6g/kg and 3g/kg respectively.The fourth group was the control group.During the experiment,no rats died.The behavior,activity,mental state,coat and fecal traits were recorded every day,and there was no abnormality.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the experimental group and the same sex control group in hematological indexes,blood biochemical indexes and organ indexes of rats administered at the recommended doses 3g/kg.There were no obvious pathological changes in all organs under histopathological observation.It is safer to take longer time.3.One time,three times and five times of the recommended dose of target animals were used as low,medium and high dose groups,the doses were0.6g/kg,1.8g/kg and 3g/kg respectively,and a control group.The beagle dogs were administered for 7 days,and there was no death,and there was no abnormality in mental state,behavior,coat,etc.Hematology indexes and blood biochemical indexes were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).It is safer to use Compound Qinzhu Miscarriage Preventive Tablets at the recommended dosage.
