Bioinformatics can integrate many disciplines,but there are few studies on its integration with economics.In this study,sheep transcriptome was preliminarily explored by amino acid pricing method,using four types of pricing(AA,EAA,PAM,BLOSUM)and expression data(NO)to analyze separately.Use important reference indexes in the stock market to make an overall evaluation of sheep’s liver,heart,muscle,skin,ovary and testicular tissues.Using NO,AA,EAA,PAM,BLOSUM combined method to compare the transcriptome of ovarian during pregnancy and non-pregnancy.The result is as follows:1.Through the enrichment analysis of high-priced transcripts,it was found that Thyroid hormone signaling pathway,Oxytocin signaling pathway,Gn RH signaling pathway and other pathways related to reproductive process,as well as in the heart,brain,embryo development and other developmental processes and ATP binding processes.2.The comprehensive index of NO method was significantly different from that of AA,EAA,PAM and BLOSUM methods.The comprehensive index calculated by the NO method showed that the ovary and the liver are inextricably linked in function,and the ovaries during pregnancy have significant changes during the 35 th day of pregnancy.The comprehensive index calculated by the AA,EAA,PAM,and BLOSUM methods shows that the liver,testis,skin and ovarian functions are linked,and there was no difference in the transcription level between the maternal and fetal ovaries during pregnancy.3.Through the analysis of transcriptome differences of adult 2-year-old ewes,23-day-pregnancy ewes,35-day-pregnancy ewes,100-day-pregnancy ewes and100-day embryo ovaries,enrichment analysis of screened differentially expressed genes showed that ECM-receptor interaction,TGF-beta signaling pathway,Estrogen signaling pathway,Thyroid hormone synthesis,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,in utero embryonic development,angiogenesis,heart development,neuromuscular junction development,forebrain development and so on.Among them,CREBBP,EP300,LTBP1,COL1A1,COL4A6,FN1,LAMC1,MTOR,JAK1,ATP1A1,LAMA1,COL11A1,CTNNB1,MED13 L,ERBB2,TOP2 B,HSP90AB1,HSP90B1 and other genes related to reproduction were screened by four methods: AA,EAA,PAM and BLOSUM.4.The number of reports of the high value transcripts screened by AA,EAA,PAM and BLOSUM pricing methods were tested by Chi-square,and no significant difference were found among the four methods.Therefore,one of the four methods can be selected for analysis.According to the number of genes corresponding to the reported high value transcripts,the EAA method selected as the best method in this study.In summary,the above results showed that the pricing method can dig out valuable genes that cannot be screened by NO method,which provides a new analytical tool for differential gene analysis.
