| With the advent of the experience economy,the digital age,and the post-epidemic era,many traditional industries have actively "touched the Internet" to seek changes,and the "cloud economy" has developed rapidly.More and more users are observing and understanding wildlife through online video platforms.During the transformation of the field of wildlife observation from offline to online,the pros and cons of the observation experience have a vital impact on observers.However,there is currently a lack of systematic research on the online observation of wild animals,and no analysis of this observation experience from the perspective of user experience.Therefore,this article takes the online observation experience of wild animals as the research object to obtain and analyze the influencing factors of the online observation experience of wild animals.Establish the online observation experience element model,action mechanism and system model to help more people understand the online observation experience of wild animals,and provide reference for the design of related online observation experience of wild animals.The subject research first summarizes the concept,classification and development trend of online video platforms,and analyzes the objects,types and contact points of wildlife observation through literature research,analyzes the aesthetic empathy nature of wildlife observation from the perspective of psychology,and compares it.Different types of wild animals are observed and experienced online,and then the relevant theoretical models of experience design are researched and summarized.The online text analysis method is used to investigate and analyze the online observation experience of three types of wild animals,and obtain the influencing factors of the online observation experience of wild animals.Then use card sorting and focus groups to logically sort out these influencing factors,establish a wild animal online observation experience element model and system model,and verify and evaluate the influencing element model through workshops,choose the Panda channel for in-depth experience evaluation,and propose corresponding Optimization strategy.The main research results of the subject are as follows: First,it clarifies the development trend of pan-knowledge consumption,decentralization,and strong interaction of online video platforms,explains the aesthetic empathy nature of wildlife observation,and summarizes the experience of wildlife online observation Concept,classification,and main characteristics;secondly,to summarize 48 influencing factors of online observation experience through research,and build a model of MMOI online observation experience influencing factors;third,establish the mechanism of online observation experience influencing factors and analyze wildlife online Observe the level of experience,and further build a wild animal online observation experience system model.Fourth,conduct workshops to verify the rationality and feasibility of the model,conduct experience evaluation and comparative analysis of related products,and collect feedback from participants on the MMOI model.Fourth,choose to conduct an in-depth evaluation of the Panda channel,and propose corresponding optimization strategies based on the user’s pain points. |
