The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of IMO and its combination with Bacillus on reproductive performance,serum biochemical indexes and gut microbiota of perinatal sows.In the experiment,130 healthy growing binary sows,using random block design,were selected and randomly divided into five groups according to the principle of similar body weight,backfat and parity,each group of 22 sows,respectively,CON group,IMO group,IMO+S group,IMO+L group and IMO+S+L group.The results showed that the average piglet brith weight,placental efficiency,average litter weight gain,average piglet weaning litter weight,total milk yield and ADFI(P < 0.05)at lactation were significantly increased by adding IMO and Bacillus to the diet of perinatal sows.In addition,the combination of IMO and Bacillus improved the antioxidant capacity of sow’s and umbilical venous serum and placenta,and significantly increased the concentrations of GH,IgA,IgG in milk,serum prolactin,prostaglandin,fecal SCFAs in sows(P < 0.05),and decreased the concentrations of serum ALT,ALP,AST,estradiol,oxytocin and progesterone in weaned sows(P < 0.05).The results of 16 S rRNA sequencing showed that the combination of IMO and Bacillus significantly reduced the fecal abundance of Escherichia-Shigella at farrowing and Prevotellaceae_UCG-001 、 Prevotellaceae_UCG-003 、 Parabacteroides and Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group at day 17 of lactation(P < 0.05),and increased the fecal abundance of Bacillius at farrowing and Prevotella_9 and Lactobacillus at day 17 of lactation(P < 0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the improvement of reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity of sows was significantly related to the changes of gut microbiota and its metabolites in perinatal sows(P < 0.05).In conclusion,IMO and its combination with Bacillus improve the reproductive performance and lactation performance of sows,improve the antioxidant capacity and intestinal flora stability of sows,and the combination effect is better than the single addition of IMO.
