As the most consumed spice seasoning in the world,pepper has high economic benefits.As a traditional industry in my country,pepper planting has always played an important role in agricultural production and the national economy.At present,pepper planting in many areas still uses traditional artificial planting methods.The existing domestic transplanting machines also have problems such as manual seedlings,high labor intensity and low operating efficiency.After sorting and analyzing the relevant data of various transplanting machines,a chain-clamp type pepper pot seedling transplanting machine composed of tray feeding mechanism,seedling top mechanism,conveying mechanism and planting mechanism is designed.The main research contents include:1)The mechanical properties of the pepper pots were measured,and the best planting period and the best planting moisture content of the pots were obtained;the working performance of the clamping device was experimentally studied.2)According to the agronomic requirements,the chain clamp type pepper pot seedling transplanter was designed based on the action coordination between the tray mechanism,the seedling mechanism,the conveying mechanism and the planting mechanism,which mainly designed the structure and movement parameters of the planting mechanism.According to the design,a test prototype of a chain clip pepper pot seedling transplanter was manufactured.3)Kinematics analysis was carried out on the falling process of the pot seedlings and the characteristics of the zero-speed seedling throwing.The ADAMS software was used to analyze the movement trajectory of the pot seedlings and the movement relationship of the planting mechanism under different planting efficiencies to determine the best operating efficiency.;Use Solidworks simulation to analyze the static stress of the machine frame and draw conclusions.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the chain clip-type pepper pot seedling transplanter.4)A prototype test was designed to verify the cooperation of the tray and top seedling mechanism and the qualification rate of top seedlings,as well as the operating performance of the seedling delivery and planting mechanism;the results show that the tray mechanism works at 80 plants min.,The disc feeding error is within ±2m m;the ejector mechanism achieves the best ejector qualification rate when the ejection force is 28 N and the ejection stroke is 45mm;the driving shaft speed of the conveying mechanism is 48r/min,and the horizontal distance between the seedling clamp and the conveyor belt is 50 mm The highest success rate of seedling delivery is 81.42%;when the planting institution advances at 28m/min,the highest planting qualification rate is 81.90%.
