Abstract/Summary:
Orobanche cumama wallr.is a root parasitic weed of Orobanchaceae(Orobanche),which severely restricts the development of my country’s sunflower industry.Therefore,it is urgent to find more economical and efficient measures to control sunflowers.In this study,sunflower seeds were taken as the research object.Through two consecutive years of outdoor pot experiment,sunflower and corn were used in rotation and actinomycete(Streptomyces Louchei D74)inoculants were used to determine the growth of sunflowers,the unearthed soil and parasitism of sunflowers.The number,the bacterial community in the rhizosphere of sunflower,clarify the effect of corn rotation and actinomycete D74 on the helianthus annuus after the synergistic effect of the corn rotation and actinomycetes D74 inoculum,and provide a theoretical and practical basis for the establishment of the technical system for the prevention and control of helianthus annuus.The main results of this study are as follows:1.Petri dish bioassay showed that the actinomycetes D74 cell-free fermentation filtrate can effectively inhibit the germination of seeds.After the treatment of D74 fermentation stock solution,the seeds of D74 almost did not germinate,and the whole seeds were dark brown,with swollen tips and other unhealthy shapes;after the treatment of high concentration D74 fermentation liquid,the length of the seeds of D74 was mostly concentrated in the range of 0-1mm,and the length was low.The length of the tube of the seed tube of the concentration column is mostly concentrated in the range of 1-3mm.2.The PE bag co-cultivation test showed that the tube of Actinomyces D74cell-free fermentation filtrate was curved and the tip swelled,but it did not have a significant effect on the parasitism of the seeds.3.Potted planting experiments showed that the growth-promoting effect of maize rotation alone on sunflower plants was better than that of actinomycete D74 alone.Compared with other treatment groups,the synergistic effect of D74 and corn rotation increased sunflower plant height by 11.21%-29.08%;The number of unearthed sunflowers and the total number of parasites in different treatment groups was significantly reduced in the second year of harvest compared to the first year(p<0.05).The average number of unearthed numbers of sunflowers after applying D74 and rotation corn was 0.71 per plant.sunflower.It shows that the synergistic effect of D74 inoculum and corn rotation can increase sunflower biomass,and at the same time improve the resistance of plant cells to the stress of orobanche,thereby effectively inhibiting the emergence and parasitism of orobanche seeds.4.The composition and structure of sunflower rhizosphere soil bacteria were significantly affected after application of D74 inoculant and corn rotation.The main manifestations were that the number of Streptomyces and Bacillus increased,the total number of Arthrobacter bacteria decreased,and the sunflower rhizosphere of different treatment groups was compared with the original There are significant differences in soil bacterial community structure.
