| Three-year-old plantation of Machiluspauhoi were used,set five different fertilization treatments:Controlled(CK),N/P=8(T1),N/P=10(T2),N/P=12(T3)and N/P=15(T4).After 1 year of fertilization,investigate and determine the growth of the wood and the main phenotype,physiological and nutrient traits of the leaves in the experimental site.The effects of fertilization treatment on the growth and main leaf traits of M.pauhoi were analyzed.The main results are as follows:(1)There were significant differences of leaf nutrient between different seasons,the fertilization treatment had significant effect on the N content and C/N,but had no effect on the C,P content,N/P and C/P,and the interaction of season and treatment have no effect on all of the leaf nutrient.C content seasonal changed as9>6>12>3;N content and N:P seasonal changed as 9>6>3>12;P content seasonal changed as 12>9>3>6;C:N seasonal changed as 3>6>12>9;C:P seasonal changed as6>3>9>12.Adding a combination of N and P were able to promote leaves absorb the nitrogen.C content,C:N and C:P were the largest with CK treatment(They were491.67mg/g,30.92 and 380.31);C content,C:P and N:P were the smallest with T2treatment(They were 487.02mg/g,358.105 and 13.46);C:N was the smallest with T3treatment(28.04);N and P content were the smallest with CK treatment(They were12.14mg/g and 1.31mg/g).(2)The one-year fertilization treatment had only significant effect on the Specific Leaf Area(SLA),and all of the morphologyt strait were significant differences between seasons,except the LRWC,and the interaction of season and treatment have no effect on morphologyt of leaf.The Left Area(LA)seasonal changed as 9>6>12>3;Left Dry Matter Content(LRWC)seasonal changed as 3>12>6>9.The fertilization treatment could significantly increase the SLA,and T2 treatment was advantageous to the increase of SLA(T2>T3>T1>CK>T4).(3)The 1 year fertilization treatment had effect on the respiration,it was effect on the Stomatal Conductance(T4>T3>T1>T2>CK)and the Carbon dioxide concentration(CK>T2>T1>T4>T3),duringr espiration significantly.Adding a combination of N and P could weaken the respiration,so that reduce energy consumption.(4)The 1 year fertilization treatment had effect on the ground diameter,plant height and relative growth rate of wood of M.pauhoi.The ground diameter was T2>T3>T4>T1>CK;the plant height was T4>T1>CK>T3>T2 and the growth rate of wood was T2>T4>T3>T1>CK.The T2 treatment could maximally promote the growth of plant. |
