| Prickly ash is an important spice,oil and Chinese herbal medicine tree species in China.Scientific fertilization can supplement nutrient elements needed by Prickly ash,enhance tree vigor,and improve yield and quality.At present,the cultivation and management of prickly ash is insufficient,farmers lack scientific fertilization theory and consciousness,and the application of medium and trace element fertilizer is insufficient,which leads to uncoordinated support of prickly ash and low yield.However,there is little research on the influence of different elements on prickly ash.Therefore,studying the effects of trace elements on the growth and physiological characteristics of Dahongpao prickly ash can provide theoretical basis for scientific and efficient fertilization.In this study,1-year-old Dahongpao prickly ash seedlings were used as materials,and(NH4)6Mo7O24、Mn SO4、H3BO3、Mg SO4·7H2O,prickly ash compound foliar fertilizer(Y)were selected for pot experiment and foliar fertilizer spraying experiment.The experiment set three fertilizer spraying levels of 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%,and the control did not apply fertilizer;After spraying fertilizer,the biological characteristics such as plant height,basal diameter,compound leaf length,leaflet length and width,thorn and so on were measured.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar,soluble protein and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in pepper leaves were determined.Then comprehensively analyze the influence of trace elements on prickly ash.The main research results are as follows:(1)Spraying proper amount of Mn,Mg,Mo and Y could significantly promote the growth of prickly ash seedlings.The height of prickly ash seedlings in Y treatment was capped after 53 days,about one week earlier than other treatments.Among them,the seedling height growth of prickly ash is 0.1%Mn>0.4%Mg>0.4%Mo>0.1%Y>0.2%Mg>CK.Spraying high concentration Mn and Y has slower seedling height growth,but high concentration Mg fertilizer is opposite.High concentration of B fertilizer leads to the smaller height of pepper seedlings.(2)Spraying proper amount of Mn,Mg,Mo and Y can significantly promote the base diameter of prickly ash seedlings.The basal diameter of Dahongpao prickly ash seedlings is0.1%Mn>0.4%Mg>0.4%Mo>0.1%Mo>0.1%Y>0.2%Mg>0.2%Mn>CK.High concentration of B inhibited the growth of basal diameter,and the basal diameter increased rapidly from 16 days to 81 days after spraying Mo,Mn and Mg.(3)The number of compound leaves of Dahongpao prickly ash seedlings has nothing to do with spraying each element fertilizer,but spraying 0.1%Mn significantly increases the length of compound leaves.Among them,0.1%and 0.2%Mn,0.2%and 0.4%Mg,0.4%Mo and 0.1%Y significantly promoted the growth of the top leaves of compound leaves,while0.4%Mo and 0.4%Mg significantly promoted the growth of other leaflets of compound leaves.(4)Spraying appropriate amount of Mo and Mg fertilizer can increase soluble sugar and SOD enzyme activity in Dahongpao prickly ash leaves,and improve physiological resistance of Dahongpao prickly ash seedlings.Low concentration of B can increase soluble sugar content,and proper amount of Y can significantly promote carbohydrate synthesis.(5)In addition,it was found that 0.2%and 0.4%B could increase prickles of Dahongpao prickly ash,and 0.1%Mn fertilizer could inhibit prickles to some extent.Therefore,spraying 0.4%(NH4)6Mo7O24,0.1%~0.2%Mn SO4,0.2%~0.4%Mg SO4,and 0.1%Y can promote seedling height,basal diameter and leaf growth of prickly ash,and also increase cell osmotic substance content and enzyme activity and improve physiological resistance. |
