| As an important food crop in China,wheat production affects food security in China.There is an urgent need for new wheat varieties with high quality,high yield and good comprehensive characters of multi-resistance.In this experiment,the agronomic characters,yield,quality and disease resistance of 32 new wheat lines were identified and evaluated,and High molecular weight glutenin subunits were excavated,in order to screen out the new lines with excellent comprehensive characters,and provide some theoretical basis for breeding new varieties.The main results are as follows:1.Correlation analysis showed that yield was positively correlated with plant height and internode length under ear.Principal component regression analysis showed that the largest contribution to yield was tassel weight,followed by effective small tassel number,internode length under tassel,tassel length and tassel number.Among the 32 new wheat lines,the yield of 2011330-42-13-18-1-2,2011487-12-5-7-2-14,20121081-1-6-8-6,2013736-3-3-13 and Nan 22 was higher than the control varieties.There were 3 strains with1000-grain weight between 40 g and 45 g,accounting for 9.38%.There were 13 strains between 45 g and 50 g,accounting for 40.63%;There were 13 strains between 50 g and 55 g,accounting for 40.63%;There were 2 strains with 1000-grain weight over 55 g,accounting for 5.88%.2.Among 32 new wheat lines,28 were hard wheat.Correlation analysis of quality traits showed that hardness was significantly positively correlated with water absorption,and dry base of crude protein was significantly positively correlated with wet base and sedimentation value of gluten.The smallest variation coefficient of quality traits among 32 new wheat lines was unit weight,and the largest coefficient of variation was stability time.2011026-28-10-12-3-9,2011026-28-27-2-10,2012046-3-5-5-1,2011330-42-3-12-12-3 and Nan 44 had better comprehensive quality traits.3.96.87% of the new wheat lines showed resistance to stripe rust at seedling stage,among which 9.38% showed immunity,15.63% showed near-immunity,12.5% showed high resistance and 59.38% showed moderate resistance.12.5% showed moderate resistance to powdery mildew,9.38% showed moderate sensitivity to powdery mildew,and78.13% showed high sensitivity to powdery mildew.6.25% showed moderate resistance to scab.62.5% were moderately susceptible to scab and 31.25% were highly susceptible.Two strains showed good comprehensive disease resistance,2011026-16-9-8 immunity to stripe rust,medium resistance to powdery mildew and scab,and 2011330-42-3-12-12-3 medium resistance to stripe rust,powdery mildew and scab.4.There are two types of 1Ax1 and Null on the Glu-1A site.The Glu-1Bx locus contains subunit types including 1Bx7,1Bx13,1Bx20,and 1Bx21.The Glu-1By site contains subunit types including 1By8,1By9,and 1By16.The Glu-1Dx locus contains subunit types including 1Dx2,1Dx4,and 1Dx5.Glu-1Dy site contains subunit types including 1Dy10 and 1Dy12. |
