| Buckwheat is rich in nutrition, has good edible value and medicinal value, because it is a kind of coarse food rich in dietary fiber. In this era of healthy diet, buckwheat is also widely concerned and favored by everyone, and has a good market prospect. However, due to the low mechanization of buckwheat production, and buckwheat is easily affected by weeds, resulting in the reduction of yield,so the yield of buckwheat is very unstable. In order to effectively alleviate the problems of buckwheat yield reduction caused by weeds,or the increase of production cost caused by too much manpower for artificial weeding, after extensive investigation of field weeds in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province, three kinds of herbicides commonly used in agricultural production were selected The herbicide concentration screening test was carried out.In order to understand the control effect of these three herbicides on various weeds in the field, the safety of buckwheat, and the influence of spraying herbicides on the growth and development of Buckwheat under different application concentrations,so as to provide a theoretical basis for selecting appropriate concentration of herbicides in agricultural production to effectively control weeds and save labor costs. The main results are as follows1.Screening of closed herbicide concentration in soil after sowing and before seedling. The results showed that different concentrations of jinchaoer had little effect on the emergence rate of buckwheat, and there was no significant difference between the emergence rate and inhibition rate of buckwheat and water control,so it was safe for buckwheat. When the spraying concentration was 150 ml/666.7m~2,the weed control effect was the best, which was significantly different from that of water control. It was a kind of soil closed herbicide suitable for spraying in buckwheat field after sowing and before seedling. The herbicide had no significant effect on node number, primary branch number, flower cluster number per plant, grain number per plant and 1000 grain weight of buckwheat. When the spraying concentration was 150 ml/666.7m~2,there was a significant difference in the yield of buckwheat compared with the control treatment, which indicated that the spraying concentration was helpful to reduce the yield reduction of buckwheat caused by weeds in the field.2.Screening of weima concentration and its effect on growth and development of buckwheat. There was no significant difference in plant control and fresh weight control effects of stem and leaf herbicide weima on gramineous and broad-leaved weeds in buckwheat field. It had a certain inhibitory effect on the relative content of chlorophyll in buckwheat leaves, and the effect increased with the increase of spraying concentration.weima herbicide had no significant effect on dry matter accumulation of buckwheat.weima had no significant effect on the node number of main stem, the number of primary branches and the number of flower clusters per plant, but had a certain effect on the yield traits of buckwheat, and the yield was significantly lower than that of water control. Therefore, the stem leaf herbicide weima is not suitable for buckwheat field.3.Screening of concentration of post seedling stem and leaf herbicide clenbuterol and its effect on growth and development of buckwheat. There were significant differences in plant control and fresh weight control effects between post seedling stem and leaf herbicide jinghecaoke and clear water control in the field of buckwheat. It has a certain influence on the relative content of chlorophyll in buckwheat leaves, and the influence increases with the increase of spraying concentration. There was no significant effect on dry matter accumulation of buckwheat.Jinghecaoke had no significant effect on the node number of main stem, the number of primary branches and the number of flower clusters per plant, but had a certain effect on the yield traits of buckwheat.Compared with the water control, the yield increased significantly.Different spraying time of jinghecaoke had effects on the agronomic characters and yield of buckwheat.Spraying 60 ml/666.7m~215 days after emergence or 80 ml/666.7m~210 days after emergence had better control effect, especially on the yield, which could significantly reduce the yield reduction of buckwheat caused by weeds in the field. |
