| Soybean is an important food crop and oil crop in my country,and it has a great demand for water.In order to save agricultural water and study the influence of water and light on soybean water consumption,this paper uses soybean as the test material and kaolin as the antitranspirant.The effect of spraying different concentrations of antitranspirant and different water treatments on the water use efficiency of soybeans.The experiment used 3 kinds of water treatment:normal irrigation(W2),mild water deficit(W1),moderate water deficit(W0),5 different concentrations of antitranspirant spray(kaolin solution)treatment:no spray Transpiration(G0),2%concentration spray treatment(G1),5%concentration spray treatment(G2),7%concentration spray treatment(G3),9%concentration spray treatment(G4).The experiment conducted research on the growth index,physiological index and water consumption of soybean under different treatments,and the following main conclusions were obtained:(1)Water deficit will lead to a decrease in soybean plant height,thinner stems,a decrease in leaf area,and a decrease in chlorophyll content.The spraying of the appropriate concentration of kaolin made the soybean plant height increase,the stem thickness became thinner,and the leaf area increased and the chlorophyll content increased.(2)Under water deficit conditions,the Pn,Tr,Gs,and Ci values of soybean leaves are lower than that of full irrigation,and the more serious the water deficit,the lower the photosynthetic capacity and the weaker the photosynthetic capacity,and the appropriate concentration of kaolin It can make soybeans maintain a strong photosynthetic capacity even when the radiation is too strong.(3)Water deficit reduces the water consumption during the growth period of soybeans and also reduces the water use efficiency of soybeans.However,spraying kaolin with a concentration of 2%to 5%improves the water use efficiency of soybeans under the three water conditions.(4)Water deficit leads to a decline in soybean yield,and the degree of decline is related to the degree of water deficit.Water deficit will also reduce the number of pods per plant,the number of pods,and the weight of 100 seeds of soybeans.Kaolin at a concentration of 2%to 5%has basically no effect on soybean yield.After the concentration exceeds 5%,soybean yield will gradually decrease.Spraying kaolin solution will also cause the number of pods per plant,100-seed weight,and number of soybeans to decrease,and the concentration The larger the drop,the more serious it is.(5)To a certain extent,water deficit and spraying of kaolin solution caused the increase of soybean protein content and the decrease of crude fat content.The more serious the water deficit and the greater the spray concentration,the more obvious the changes in protein and crude fat content. |
