As a major food producing and consuming country,it is important to reduce post-production losses and improve the level of agricultural information technology.Harvesting is one of the most important aspects of agricultural production,so real-time loss detection is especially important.Based on PVDF piezoelectric thin-film grain loss sensor and double-layer hardware circuit,this paper designs and implements a visual human-computer interaction platform and data visualization panel for grain loss detection based on WinForm and cloud services.The hybrid digital signal generated by the grain collision piezoelectric thin film sensor is used as the research object,and the digital signal processing scheme and grain identification and counting algorithm are proposed for the single-layer array type and double-layer crossover type PVDF piezoelectric thin film grain loss sensor.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)A visual human-computer interaction platform for grain loss detection and a cloud-based data visualization panel are built for receiving,calculating,displaying,alarming,storing,managing and uploading grain collision-related data(sensor parameters,CAN analyzer parameters,algorithm threshold data,real-time voltage data,etc.)to improve the grain loss detection system and provide a basis for subsequent research on grain collision hybrid digital signals.(2)On the basis of mean filtering,active noise reduction is added to further reduce the impact of unit vibration signals on grain identification and counting.For the single-layer array type piezoelectric thin film grain loss sensor,a multi-threshold fusion decision counting algorithm is designed by drawing on the data fusion method,setting up an independent threshold adjustment mechanism and discussing the threshold determination method.Based on this,a grain identification and counting algorithm for a two-layer crossover type piezoelectric thin-film grain loss sensor is designed to solve the counting error generated by multiple particles colliding with the sensor at the same time by identifying the position information of the particles on the sensor.(3)The active noise reduction algorithm and the grain collision identification and counting algorithm were jointly tested in laboratory conditions.The average absolute value error of the system under the multi-channel independent threshold counting algorithm was 1.70% for the single-layer array collision sensor grain collision detection;the average absolute value error for the double-layer crossover type collision sensor grain collision detection was 1.60%.The field test of rice harvesting in two seasons shows that the system can adapt to the operation under complex working conditions in farmland.
