Effect Of Poly-aspartate Calcium On Potato Growth And Yield | | Posted on:2021-12-04 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:S Hu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2493306506954889 | Subject:Crop | | Abstract/Summary: | | | In order to improve the yield and quality of potato tubers and promote the healthy growth of potato seedlings.In this study,the potato varieties of favorita and rongziyu 5 were used as experimental materials,and the effects of poly-aspartate calcium(PASP-Ca)on the growth of tissue culture seedlings,in vitro buds and pot seedlings and potato yield were studied.The results are as follows:(1)PASP-Ca(10 mg/L)significantly promoted the growth of favorita tissue culture seedlings,especially the root growth.Compared with the control treatment,the number of roots per plant and the average root length per plant increased by 2.07times and 1.35 times respectively.The content of soluble protein and POD in PASP-Ca treatment increased by 19.49%and 7.14%respectively,while the content of H2O2decreased by 20.59%.At the same time,PASP-Ca treatment also promoted the absorption of K+,Mg2+,Fe3+and other mineral elements.The above results lay a foundation for the application of PASP-Ca in potato.(2)In order to further clarify the effect of PASP-Ca on potato growth,and to explore whether the calcium element in PASP-Ca can affect potato growth.In vitro bud experiment,PASP-Ca(10 mg/L)treatment and PASP(10 mg/L)treatment promoted the growth of buds in vitro,significantly increased the root biomass,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,POD value of buds in vitro,and there was no significant difference between the two treatments,but there was no significant difference between the control and Ca Cl2treatment.At the same time,it was found that the expression of genes related to glucose metabolism is significantly increased under PASP-Ca treatment,which promoted the roots and germination of buds in vitro.(3)In order to determine the effect of PASP-Ca in potato production and application,PASP-Ca(10 mg/L)was sprayed on potato plants.The results showed that PASP-Ca treatment significantly promoted the growth and development of potato plants and increased the tuber yield.Compared with the control treatment,the chlorophyll content,vitamin C content of tuber and the rate of commercial potato in favorita increased by 41.18%,18.20%and 91.25%,respectively;the chlorophyll content,vitamin C content of tuber and the rate of commercial potato in Rongziyu 5increased by 28 57%,20.83%and 89.20%. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Potato, PASP-Ca, Grow, Quality, Yield | | Related items |
