My country’s tea industry is developing rapidly,and tea picking machinery has also developed from mechanization to intelligence.On the one hand,as the functions of tea picking machinery are becoming more and more abundant,its operation process has become more complicated;on the other hand,with the development of society,users’ requirements for product satisfaction continue to increase.How to improve user satisfaction through product usability optimization has become an important research dimension of tea picking machinery product design.In this research,firstly,we used the literature research method to sort out the usability research theory,further clarified the relevant definitions and concerts of usability and usability engineering research,and clarified the elements and methods of the usability index system construction in product design.Second,through expert interviews and user interviews,the user model and the usability index that affect the reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products are established,and the usability index evaluation system is constructed Third,construct a hierarchical structure of indicators,and summarize 24 three-level indicators such as the error rate of front and rear shifts into 9 secondary indicators such as learnability,and then summarize the secondary indicators into 3 effectiveness,efficiency,and satisfaction.Under the first level indicators The order relation method is used to assign weights to the usability indicators in the hierarchical structure,and a usability indicator evaluation system that can be evaluated is constructed The usability test and evaluation of the existing reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products are carried out through the observation method,performance measurement method and questionnaire method and other usability evaluation methods,and the evaluation results are summarized and analyzed to construct the existing reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products.List of usability issues.Fourth,through the analysis of the influencing factors of reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products,a design strategy is proposed for usability issues.Use usability research methods to improve existing tea picking machinery The improved reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products are compared and evaluated,and the evaluation results are used to verify the scientificity and feasibility of this usability design and usability evaluation system.Fifth,analyze and summarize the research,put forward the innovation of the system construction,design strategy and design ideas of this research,and put forward the idea of continuing to improve the overall usability evaluation system,which is the important factor of usability in the design of tea picking machinery products The application broadens the breadth of theoretical and practical research.This research builds a usability index evaluation system for reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery products,and further expands the theoretical research on usability design for mechanical products.Further verify the important role of usability in the product design of reciprocating cutting tea picking machinery.It is verified by project examples,which is of great significance to the expansion of usability theory and methods in the field of product design,and provides new design ideas the design of tea picking machinery products.
