Cistanche deserticola is the original plant of the traditional Chinese medicine "Da Yun",exclusively parasitic on the root of Haloxylon ammodendron,which is one of the precious medicinal plant resources in China.With the growing demand for health food and the in-depth research on the pharmacological and pharmacological effects of Cistanche,the demand for Cistanche is increasing year by year.In order to solve the market supply and demand,it is particularly important to promote Cistanche for large-scale cultivation,and to increase the seed yield and Quality is the key to the successful cultivation of Cistanche deserticola.For a long time,the research on Cistanche deserticola mainly focused on artificial cultivation,yield of medicinal materials,quality and active ingredients,etc.In-depth research on Cistanche deserticola seeds is rarely reported.In this experiment,artificial intervention measures were adopted to treat the Cistanche deserticola flower buds,and by measuring the basic characteristics,contents,physiological and biochemical indicators of Cistanche deserticola seeds,the purpose was to prove the artificial pollination and pruning and topping measures on the Cistanche deserticola seeds and Haloxylonam modendron The degree of influence of the indicators provides a scientific theoretical basis for the high-yield and high-quality cultivation of Cistanche seeds,and provides high-quality provenance for large-scale and standardized cultivation of Cistanche.The main conclusions of this study are summarized as follows:1.Artificial pollination can obviously increase the yield and quality of Cistanche deserticola seeds,and can obtain high-quality seeds of Cistanche deserticola inflorescence,and at the same time extend the planting life of Cistanche deserticola seed resistance and yield,because Cistanche deserticola is a cross-pollination plant,the same plant with different flowers Poor quality of seeds obtained by pollination is not recommended for production.2.The seed setting rate of Cistanche deserticola with 50% spray pollination is as high as 81.42%,the number of single fruit,single fruit weight and seed morphology are significantly greater than other treatments,the yield per plant reaches 8.987 g,the proportion of large and medium seeds is as high as 71%,and promotes Cistanche plant height and inflorescence growth are 26.75% and 27.78%;at the same time,50%spray pollination treatment can increase the protein content of the lower seed,can increase the content of soluble sugar in the seeds of Cistanche,and can significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde in the seeds and increase the seeds The contents of catalase,peroxidase,and superoxide dismutase significantly increase the stress resistance of Cistanche seeds to cope with the harsh living environment.3.The seed setting rate of 50% pruning and topping treatment at the initial flowering stage reaches 75%,the weight of thousand seeds,the number of single fruit seeds,and the weight of single fruit seeds are significantly higher than that of the control,and the yield per plant reaches 6.432 g.About 20% of the group,the seed net rate reached more than 89.26%,and can obviously promote the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron plant height,stem thickness,crown width,photosynthetic branches;the seed resistance of the pruning and topping group at the initial flowering stage is stronger than that of the control group.The stress resistance of the upper seed is lower than that of the lower seed.4.Topping treatment of Cistanche deserticola at the current bud stage and the initial flowering stage can increase the result rate to different degrees.Only pruning treatment has little effect on the result rate of Cistanche deserticola,and excessive pruning will reduce the seed setting rate;50% shear Topping treatment can transfer more material energy to the development of Cistanche inflorescence.Pruning and topping before the flowering period of Cistanche can help the growth and development of seeds,and can improve the quality of seeds.Pruning and topping during the flowering period will reduce the quality of seeds.Pruning and topping synergistic treatment can significantly increase the protein content in Cistanche deserticola seeds and reduce the content of free amino acids.The higher the pruning degree,the lower the soluble sugar content,and the lower the malondialdehyde content,increase the peroxidase,superoxidation Biodismutase,catalase levels,thereby improving seed resistance. |
