In order to explore the suitable rhizobia inoculation methods for high yield of multiple soybean,an experient of multiple cropping soybean was carried out in June 2020 to October in southern Xinjiang,study the rhizobia seed dressing,seed manure,and drip irrigation such as growth of three kinds of inoculation mode and soya beans and nodular characteristics,discusses the photosynthetic characteristics of different inoculation methods on and soya beans,agronomic characters,accumulation of dry matter and the influence of grain-filling characteristics and yield,to select appropriate vaccination way of high yield and soya beans provide certain theoretical basis.The main test results are as follows:1.Leaf area index(LAI)and photosynthetic potential(LAD)of multiple soybeans with different inoculation methods during the determination period were the highest in droplet application,followed by seed dressing;Net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Gs)of leaves all showed that the treatment with seed dressing was higher than that with seed manure and drip irrigation,but the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)showed opposite results.Among them,the treatment with seed dressing was the highest,Pn,Tr and Gs were 0.88%,9.80%and 4.04%higher than that with seed dressing,and 0.81%,3.87%and 1.87%higher than that with drip irrigation,indicating that the treatment with seed dressing could enhance the photosynthesis of soybean plants.2.The plant height,stem diameter and internode length of each treated reseeded soybean during the whole growth period were all shown as drip irrigation>seed dressing>seed manure,in drip irrigation the plant height and stem diameter of rhizobia T6 soybean were the highest,which were 54.20 cm,0.64 cm and 4.30 cm,respectively.The results showed that inoculation of rhizobia T6 with drip irrigation had the best effect on plant characters.3.The nodulation ability of reseeding soybeans with different inoculation methods showed that seed dressing>drip irrigation>seeding manure,and the effect of promoting soybean nodule formation and nodule weight gain of three kinds of rhizobia showed SN7-2>T6>SMH12.4.The dry matter accumulation per plant in the whole growth period of each treated reseeded soybean was shown as seed dressing>drip irrigation>seeding manure.Dry matter accumulation of rhizobia SN7-2increased rapidly in the stage of drum to maturation.5.The fitting Logistic equation showed that the maximum theoretical value(K)of the soybean seed weight after inoculation of each rhizobia by different inoculation methods was the highest 20.22 g,which was 0.59%and 9.55%higher than that of the seed dressing and the drip irrigation,respectively.In the treatment of rhizobia with seed manure,the average dry matter accumulation amount in the seed stage of reseeding soybean was higher than that in the treatment of seed dressing and drip irrigation,which increased by 0.04 g~0.63 g compared with the other two treatments.6.The yield of rhizobia SN7-2 inoculated with seed mixing treatment was the best among different inoculation methods,reaching 5,946.0 kg·hm-2.The yield was positively correlated with seed weigh per plant,pod number per plant,grain number per plant and 100 grain weight.In addition,at the seed dressing,the average values of seed weigh per plant,pod number per plant,grain number per plant and 100 grain weight were all at higher levels,and the seed weigh per plant,pod number and grain number per plant of the inoculated rhizobia SN7-2 were higher than those of other rhizobia,respectively.
