In this paper,through the introduction of Brassica napus varieties from outside the region and the analysis of their growth cycle and agronomic traits,the varieties with higher yield,better moisture tolerance,better drought tolerance and better salt and alkali tolerance suitable for popularization in Tibet were selected.The main research results are as follows:1.Through a survey of agronomic traits of Brassica napus varieties(lines)introduced outside the district,the results showed that the plant height,main inflorescence effective pod number and stem diameter of the11 varieties(lines)were significantly different,the first effective score The number of branches,the height of effective branching,the effective length of main inflorescence,and the number of effective pods per plant were not significantly different.The order of relationship between agronomic traits and yield was obtained by gray correlation analysis:plant height > 1000 grain weight > effective angle per plant Number of fruit>Stem coarse>Number of effective pods in main inflorescence>Number of effective branches> Effective length of main inflorescence> Effective starting point height.Among the 11 varieties of Brassica napus L.,the highest yield was 2016P71-8,and the yield was2844.44 kg/hm2.2.With the extension of flooding time,the conductivity and unit conductivity of the soaking liquid increased sharply,the seedling rate moisture tolerance index,root length moisture tolerance index,stem length moisture tolerance index,fresh weight moisture resistance index,dry weight moisture resistance index and vigor index A sharp decline.Among the 11 varieties of Brassica napus L.,the best moisture resistance was Huayouza 701.3.11 varieties of Brassica napus L.had no seed germination under the stress of 25% PEG,so the 25% concentration was the lethal concentration of 11 Brassica napus L.The performance of Huayouza 701 was the best,and the performance of 2017P71-6 mother,Huayouza 707,2017 Lan P7-7 mother and Huayouza 9 was also good.4.11 Brassica napus varieties(lines)did not germinate under the stress of 240 mmol/L sodium carbonate,and the concentration was lethal concentration.Among the 11 varieties of Brassica napus L.,the alkali resistance was relatively common,among which Huayouza 701 was the best,followed by Huayouza 708,Huayouza 707,2016P71-8,and2017P71-6.5.The CAT activities of 11 Brassica napus L.under different concentrations of Na Cl stress showed a first increase and then decrease trend except for Huayouza 701.11 Brassica napus varieties(lines)under different concentrations of sodium chloride The POD activity showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The salt tolerance of 11 Brassica napus varieties was very good.Even under the highest concentration of 240mmol/L sodium chloride,all of them were germinated.In comparison,the best salt tolerance of Huayouza 701 was excellent.
