Effects Of Zinc,iron And Phosphorus Leave Spray On Mineral Nutrition And Their Bioavailability In Pigmented Rice Grains | Posted on:2021-02-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Z B He | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2493306470455014 | Subject:Crop Cultivation and Farming System | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | The nutrition imbalance caused by the lack of trace elements is one of the main health problems facing humans in the world.The lack of trace elements will seriously weaken the function of the human immune system and hinder the normal growth and development of humankind.Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world.50% of the world’s population feed on rice as the staple food,but rice,especially polished rice,contains relatively low mineral elements.As a special type of rice,pigmented rice has gradually attracted people’s attention because of its high nutritional value.However,previous studies have focused on the phenolic substances,flavonoids and their antioxidant properties of pigmented rice.The research on its mineral nutrition is still insufficient.In addition,the anti-nutritional factors of minerals in pigmented rice grains are rarely resported.In this study,field experiments were carried out to compare the agronomic characteristics and mineral trace elements of different genotypes of pigmented rice and ordinary white rice.The concentration levels of Fe and P and the effects of spraying at different concentration levels on the accumulation of mineral elements in pigmented rice grains.The main results obtained are as follows:1.Foliar spraying of Zn,Fe and P elements can increase the yield of pigmented rice.Among them,foliar spraying with Zn and Fe has better yield-increasing effect on pigmented rice than P foliar spraying.The foliar spraying of exogenous Zn,Fe,P mainly affects the yield of pigmented rice per plant from the aspects of seed setting rate and thousand-grain weight.2.Foliar spraying of Zn,Fe and P elements can significantly increase the mineral trace element content of pigmented rice grains and their bioavailability,but the overall effect is that the exogenous Zn,Fe spraying on the mineral trace element content of pigmented rice,the promotion is better than external P spraying.Using the Topsis comprehensive evaluation method,it is calculated that the comprehensive mineral element content and bioavailability of Red pigmented rice CR16 reached the maximum when the 0.3% concentration of Fe SO4 is sprayed,and the improvement is of the most significant.3.Through the foliar spraying treatment of the two-element combination of Zn,Fe and P,it is found that the exogenous two-element combination foliar spraying treatment can also significantly increase the mineral trace element content and bioavailability of pigmented rice.Especially under the spraying of Zn and Fe element combination,the improvement of mineral trace element content and bioavailability of pigmented rice grain is better than other Zn+P and P+Fe combinations.The effect of single-element foliar spraying treatment of Zn,Fe,P and the two-factor treatment of the combination of three elements on the mineral trace element content and its bioavailability has been found to be better than that of combined foliar spraying of Zn and Fe.The effect of single element Zn,Fe,P foliar spraying,especially when pigmented rice CR16 is sprayed with 0.3% Zn SO4 and 0.3% Fe SO4 and CR17 is sprayed with0.1% Zn SO4 and 0.3% Fe SO4.Under combined treatments,the bioavailability of Zn,Fe,Cu and Mn in pigmented rice CR16 and CR17 grains reached the maximum. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Pigmented rice, Foliar spray, Zinc, Iron, Phosphorus, Mineral bioavailability | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
