Image Recognition Of Aerial Rapeseed Based On Image Segmentation Other Methods

In the field of agriculture,Large-scale,real-time and efficient access to agricultural information is an important part of modern agricultural production and management.The traditional data acquisition methods relying on manual collection and wired measurement cannot meet the requirements of precision agriculture in terms of real-time,accuracy and convenience.Therefore,applying image processing technology to agriculture for rapid detection of crops.Due to the complex agricultural environment and the biological factors of diversity,The vast majority of crops have a more complex appearance,and there is still much room for the intelligent development of digital image processing technology.As an important oil crop and economic crop in China,rapeseed has always occupied a large proportion in the supply of vegetable edible oil and the national economy.Proper flowering period plays a very important role in enhancing rape resistance and increasing rape yield.Characteristics of field planting of rapeseed in rows,automatic identification of rapeseed flowering period using computer digital image processing technology.Focused on the following content:(1)Aiming at the problem of poor segmentation effect of rapeseed image under natural lighting conditions,propose a method based on Lab(CIELAB)space K-means clustering and HSV(Hue,Saturation,Lightness)space color feature extraction to segment aerial photography rapeseed images.The results show that this method can not only segment rape flowers,but also avoid the influence of light to a certain extent.(2)Since the size of rape blossoms cannot be defined,based on image segmentation,the characteristic parameter of rape area(pixel value of yellow rape)was extracted to describe the size of rape.After feature selection and analysis,the rapeseed area is an effective feature for rapeseed identification.(3)Based on the characteristic parameter of rape flower area,draw a curve chart of rape flower period,and establish an automatic collection platform of rape flower period.Taking the growth cycle of a single variety of rape as an example,the rapeseed flower information collected by the above image processing technology is fitted to the actual data of manual investigation.The rapeseed flowering timing chart was obtained,and a mathematical model was used to construct an automatic rapeseed information collection platform.
