| The effects of Yeast Cell Wall on growth performance,slaughter index,immune index and blood routine index of meat rabbit were studied by adding different proportion yeast cell wall into Basal Diet.180(half male and half female)Ilas with good growth and development at 35 days old and no significant difference in initial weight were randomly divided into 6treatments,5 repetitions per treatment and 6 repetitions per treatment.Group 1 was fed with Basal Diet,and Group 2-6 was fed with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.2% and 0.25% yeast cell wall,respectively.The pre-feeding period is 7 days and the formal feeding period is 55 days.The results showed that:(1)Yeast Cell Wall significantly decreased the daily gain of 35-56 day-old meat rabbits,with the increase of feed conversion rate and body weight gradually decreased;The Yeast Cell Wall significantly increased the daily Gain(P<0.01)of meat rabbits aged 57-70 days,and the feed conversion rate increased with the increase of the Yeast Cell Wall content.The feed conversion rate was highest when the yeast cell wall content was 0.2% Yeast Cell Wall had a significant effect on the daily gain of 71-90 days old Meat Rabbits(P<0.05).The maximum daily gain was 0.2%.(2)The effect of Yeast Cell Wall on diarrhea rate and mortality of rabbits was not significant(P>0.05).(3)Yeast Cell Wall increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,crude fiber,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in rabbit feed,and there were significant differences among the experimental groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of nutrient was the highest when the addition amount was 0.2%.(4)The effect of Yeast Cell Wall on slaughter rate,half-cleanout rate and full-cleanout rate was not significant(P>0.05).(5)Yeast Cell Wall had no significant effect on drip loss,shear stress and Ph of Meat(P>0.05).(6)Yeast Cell Wall had no significant effect on the indexes of stomach,intestine and thymus(P>0.05).(7)Yeast Cell Wall had no significant effect on the contents of total protein,albumin,glucose and cholesterol in blood of Meat Rabbits(P>0.05).(8)Yeast Cell Wall could significantly increase the level of Ig A,Ig M and Ig G in Serum(P<0.05),and the level of immunoprotein in serum was significantly increased when the concentration of yeast cell wall was 0.2%.To sum up: Yeast Cell Wall decreased the daily gain of meat rabbits at 35-56 days old,decreased the feed conversion rate,but significantly increased the daily gain of meat rabbits at 57-70 days old,increased the feed conversion rate,increased the apparent digestibility of some nutrients;To increase the content of Immunoglobulin in serum.The best effect was obtained when 0.2% feed was added in the experiment. |
