This paper was based on the analysis of the research status of irrigation area informatization at home and abroad and the problems encountered in the process of promoting the informatization construction of irrigation area in China.Combined with the actual situation of Hunpu irrigation area,and according to the actual management situation of irrigation area at present,the modern advanced information technology was used to carry out the modern management of irrigation area.Ending of the traditional extensive management mode,not only can save a lot of labor force and material resources and financial resources,in the amount of irrigation water measurement precision and work efficiency has greatly improved,the current at the same time promoting water-saving also has a certain role in promoting,in order to achieve the rational utilization of water resources of irrigation area and configuration provides scientific theory basis.Through the analysis and research of the current situation of the irrigation area,the supporting construction conforms to the modern information system of Hunpu irrigation area,and the following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)Design was based on the basis of automatic information collection and transmission,allocation of irrigation area by advanced instruments and equipment,improve the automation level of information collection,transmission,processing,improve the accuracy of information collection and transmission system of timeliness of stereo perception,the irrigation water,water temperature,PH,dissolved oxygen,conductivity,turbidity real-time monitoring of water quality parameters such as,at the same time through collecting channels in irrigation area(stem,branch,lateral canal,and pumping stations)real-time water level or real-time traffic,get real-time water supply of water,to provide irrigation areas for water distribution scheduling.(2)Implemention of information construction in irrigated areas,keep track of the decision-making effect,and realize digitization,visualization and intelligention of management information.Big data processing,storage,analysis and application in irrigated areas.Cloud processing of big data is the premise to ensure the information calculation accuracy of irrigated areas.It can not only effectively guarantee the information level of irrigation,but also further enhance the modernization level of irrigated areas.(3)The irrigated area information platform was composed of water distribution and dispatching command system,video monitoring system and integrated operation and maintenance system.In this way,an information system integrating information collection and comprehensive information processing was established in Hunpu irrigation area,which realized the functions of automatic information collection,transmission and processing in Hunpu irrigation area and provided an important foundation for the rational allocation of water resources in the irrigation area.(4)On the basis of the informationization construction of Hunpu irrigation District,combined with the importance of the information of the irrigation district and the characteristics of the information system,the information service platform of Hunpu irrigation District is constructed,which mainly consists of the information center,the water situation information collection,the gate and the video monitoring,the network environment and the database.It supports the use of water situation monitoring,warning and early warning,analysis and judgment in irrigated areas,and helps users understand the laws behind the data of water quantity,meteorology,moisture content and water situation,so as to maximize the supervision ability and improve the efficiency of research and judgment.
