| With the development of industry and energy consumption,fossil energy has become more and more scarce,straw energy has been widely concerned.As an effective form of straw utilization,compact molding is the key to straw forming.The fixed straw granulation equipment is the main way to realize the utilization of straw fuel over the years through the links of straw picking up,bundling,transportation,palletizing storage,bag breaking,crushing,soil removal and granulation.It is the main way to realize the utilization of straw fuel for many years.Due to the problems of many links,high cost of forming granulation,hidden fire and so on,it is necessary to study the equipment of picking up and granulating corn straw in the field.In this paper,according to the principle of ring molding,the working and design requirements of realizing corn straw picking and granulating molding equipment in the field are put forward.In order to facilitate the field self-walking operation and realize the lightweight of granulation molding device,the key components of corn straw molding device are optimized and tested.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis of straw forming device at home and abroad.The self-walking straw forming device is in its infancy,and the research at home and abroad is relatively few.Therefore,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the economy and environment of the self-walking straw picking and granulating equipment.The analysis shows that the self-walking straw forming process is less,the cost is low,and it has a good market.(2)Investigation and performance analysis of fixed straw granulation equipment.The technical performance of three types of fixed straw forming equipment is reviewed,which indicates that ring molding equipment is widely used.Through investigation and analysis of different types of ring molding equipment,the influence of material characteristics and structural characteristics on the effect of straw forming particles is compared and analyzed.It provides a reference for the design of self-walking corn straw picking granulator and its key components.(3)Design of forming device of corn straw picking granulator.According to the working principle of the molding machine,the condition of straw particle forming and the working parameters of the equipment,the structure design of the key parts of the molding device(forming die disc,forming die,forming roller)is carried out,and the important parameters such as the inner diameter of the die disc,die length and die diameter are determined.The parameters such as the number of ring roller,the surface form of roller and the diameter of roller are determined,and the molding device is modeled and assembled.(4)xperimental study on corn straw picking and granulation molding device.Taking spindle speed,corn straw moisture content and die length-diameter ratio as test factors,Productivity,molding rate,molding particle density,molding particle failure strength as the test index for single factor test.The test factors are straw moisture content(A),crushing degree(B),die length-diameter ratio(C),The test index is corn straw forming rate.The main and secondary order of each factor is: A(corn straw moisture content),C(molding mold length to diameter ratio),B(corn straw crushing degree).When the moisture content of corn straw is 20%,the ratio of length to diameter of molding mould is 4.5,and the corn straw is first grade comminuted,the optimum molding rate of corn straw is 96.94%.The field verification shows that under the condition of optimal test combination,the productivity is1.62 t/h,the molding rate is 96.32,the molding density is 10.2 g/cm3,the damage resistance is 98.56,which meets the design requirements.The research on self-walking straw molding provides equipment and theoretical support. |
