Rice is the main food crop in my country.In the past,rice cultivation focused on high yield.However,with the improvement of living standards in recent years,people’s pursuit of rice has been dissatisfied with high yield.While food and clothing are solved,the quality of rice is increasingly being valued by the public..In Japan and South Korea,high-quality-oriented cultivation techniques are used,but the yield is often not high.In a country with a large population in China,both high-yield and high-quality need to be considered,while previous studies mostly focused on high-yield cultivation techniques,and there are few studies on improving rice quality.Therefore,it is urgent to explore cultivation techniques with stable yield and high quality.The research group carried out variety selection and cultivation mode selection in the early stage.Based on the results of previous studies,this experiment selected Liaojing 401 and Shennong 625 as experimental materials.Liaojing 401 was a nitrogen-sensitive variety and Shennong 625 was a nitrogen-sensitive variety.An optimized fertilization method was selected.Four cultivation modes: N1(conventional fertilization),N2(optimized fertilization),N3(high-quality fertilization),and CK(no fertilization)were used as treatments to determine the characteristics of rice dry matter,yield,quality,and the ability to set different parts of rice.Analyzed the plant height,tiller dynamics,photosynthesis,SPAD,leaf area index and other indicators under different treatment modes.The research results are as follows:1.Liaojing 401 had the most tillers under N1 treatment,but there was no significant difference between N2 mode and N1 mode;while Shennong 625N2 had the most tillers,and there was no significant increase in tillers due to the increase in nitrogen fertilizer.2.There is no significant difference between the yield of Liaojing 401 and Shennong625 under the N2 mode and the yield under the N1 mode.The number of effective panicles and the number of grains per panicle in the yield composition are similar to those of the N2 mode.There is no significant difference in N1 yield;the high number of grains per panicle and the high seed setting rate in the yield composition of Shennong 625 are the reasons for the high yield of N2 mode.3.There is no significant difference between the processing quality Liaojing 401 and Shennong 625 treatments.In terms of appearance quality,the chalky grain rate of Shennong625 N3 model is significantly higher than that of N2 There was no significant difference among the treatments of Liaojing 401.The protein content of Liaojing 401 N1 mode was significantly higher than that of N2 and N3 treatments,while the taste value of N1 mode was lower,and the taste value of N1 mode was significantly lower than that of N2 and N3 modes.There was no significant difference between N2 and N3 modes,and the protein content was higher.High is one of the reasons for the lower taste value.There was no significant difference in protein content of Shennong 625 between the treatments,the N2 and N3 modes had no significant difference in taste value,and the N1 mode was significantly lower than these two modes.4.Liaojing401 and Shennong625N1 treatments are significantly higher than N3 treatments,and there is no significant difference from N2 treatments.5.Liaojing 401N1 model has high protein and amylose content,and relatively low eating value,while Shennong 625N1 model has high protein and amylose content,and N2,N3 On the contrary,the taste value is higher,but the taste quality of each part is not necessarily the same.Therefore,in terms of comprehensive indicators,the yield and quality of Liaojing401 and Shennong 625 under the N2 treatment mode are synergistic,and there is no significant difference between the yield and the quality under the N1 mode and the quality under the N3 mode.Both nitrogen-sensitive and sudden-sensitive varieties can choose this cultivation mode to achieve synergy between yield and quality.
