| Phosphorus deficiency is the main factor restricting soybean production in south C hina.Excessive phosphorus application will cause agricultural environment pollution and increase the consumption of phosphate rock resources. The southwest region is the traditional soybean production area, and the soybean resources are extremely rich.To promote the development of the soybean industry in Guizhou,it is important to select high-yield soybean varieties under phosphorus deficiency and analyze the effect of phosphorus application on yield and quality. In this study,9 soybean varieties were selected as experimental materials, under the condition of phosphorus deficiency in soil and no phosphorus fertilization in 3 main soybean planting areas of Guizhou Province. After harvesting soybean seeds, soybean yield, nutrient elements, protein, crude fat,and amino acid content were determined. The findings suggest:(1)phosphorus application could significantly increase the yield of soybean varieties, among which the yield of soybean varieties QD11 and QD10 were more stable and higher than other varieties.(2)phosphorus application significantly increased phosphorus content in soybean.Except for Dafang Huangnitang, phosphorus application had no significant effect on nitrogen and potassium content in other areas. After phosphorus application, the contents of MN and mg in soybean increased, but the change of other elements was not obvious. The average contents of iron in AD5,calcium in QD7,and zinc in NCD31 were higher than those of most other cultivars.(3)phosphorus application had no significant effect on protein and crude fat content in soybean seeds. In moderate phosphorus deficiency areas, phosphorus application increased the contents of total amino acids,Essential amino acids, and amino acid components in soybean. The contents of total amino acids and Essential amino acids in soybean N CD31 were higher than other varieties,so it could be used as breeding material. |
