Study On Comprehensive Breeding Model And Benefit Evaluation Of Paddy Field In Chengdu Plain

Chengdu plain is rich in rice field resources,there are millions of mu of winter paddy field,on the premise of not destroying the ploughing layer and ensuring grain production capacity,the comprehensive planting and culture model of rice field,which inherits the tradition and innovates the development of rice field,provides an effective way for Chengdu to solve the bottleneck of fishery development by raising fish by water,promoting rice and fish mutual benefit and increasing ecological and economic benefits,and is an important way to promote agricultural quality improvement and efficiency,transformation and upgrading.Chengdu Plain is very suitable for the development of comprehensive cultivation of rice field.The comprehensive planting and culture model of rice field shows diversity in production.There are already "rice-fish","rice-shrimp","rice-duck-fish","rice-duck-fish","rice-fish".However,under the influence of technology and concept for a long time,the comprehensive planting and cultivation of paddy field in our city is still in its infancy.By consulting the relevant data,this study investigates and interviews the heads of farmers and relevant competent departments,as well as the practical experience of the author in carrying out the research and technical promotion and demonstration of comprehensive planting and cultivation of rice field in recent years,and makes a multi-angle and omni-directional study on the comprehensive planting and cultivation model of rice field.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of rice field comprehensive planting and cultivation model and the limitations of popularization and demonstration in the past,and obtains the following results: the comprehensive planning and layout problems,the problems of technology promotion and guidance mechanism,the brand problems and so on.That is:(1)Regional development is not Balance,the coverage rate of new technology and new model is not high;(2)the industrial foundation is weak,the degree of integration of one,two,three production is not enough;(3)the support ability of science and technology is notstrong,planting and breeding,and the combination of agronomics and agriculture is not enough;(4)the scale of industrialization management is small,the supporting policy is from time to time;(5)the brand is weak and miscellaneous,and the brand construction is relatively lagging behind.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the following development suggestions: introducing demonstration new varieties,optimizing production configuration,studying new technology,developing new paths,carrying out technology integration and demonstration promotion,establishing extension demonstration base,setting up expert team,carrying out technical training and field guidance,cultivating key brands and strengthening guidance.It is suggested that radiation can promote the rapid and healthy development of rice field comprehensive planting and cultivation industry in the whole province,improve the core competitiveness,and provide strong technical support for the rapid and healthy development of rice field comprehensive planting and cultivation industry.That is:(1)reasonable planning,appropriate concentration of continuous development;(2)cultivating new management subjects of comprehensive planting and cultivation of rice fields,deep integration and development of one,two,three industries;(3)establishing breeding and promotion base to provide promotion channels;(4)raising awareness and perfecting policy support and guiding mechanism;(5)cultivating and publicizing well-known brands of agricultural products and building characteristic agricultural brands under the guidance of the market.
