The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is an inland arid region,and the development of agriculture is limited by the shortage of available water resources and the low utilization of irrigation water and fertilizers.Although in recent years,with the promotion and application of water and fertilizer integration technology,it has promoted the gradual transformation of traditional agriculture to modern green agriculture,but it still faces the inability to accurately fertilize,the complicated and professional operation of some equipment,and the high initial investment cost in actual applications.Wait for the question.Therefore,in response to these problems,this paper has developed a water-driven injection drip irrigation fertilizer applicator,which can realize precise fertilization under low-cost and simple operation..The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Selection of fertilization device and hydraulic performance test.After analysis and comparison,three hydraulic proportional fertilizer applicators were selected for hydraulic performance test.It compares and analyzes the three factors influencing the import flow rate,fertilization amount and fertilization efficiency.It is found that the inlet flow rate and the fertilizer application amount of the fertilizer applicator are proportional to the pressure difference.Due to the inconsistent pressure loss,the minimum working pressure difference is 0.02 MPa and 0.025 MPa respectively;the fertilization accuracy of the imported fertilizer applicator is higher than that of domestic products,but under a larger fertilization ratio,the three fertilizer applicators have a certain deviation from the set value;The higher the ratio of fertilization,the greater the amount of fertilizer applied per unit time,and the less time required for fertilization.(2)Development and construction of water and fertilizer equipment development and control system and Io T system.Completed the design and selection of the fertilizer applicator’s irrigation and fertilization system,the first hub,etc.,and carried out the design of the irrigation and fertilization system and the Internet of Things control system.The hydrodynamic injection drip irrigation fertilizer applicator can realize automatic drip irrigation and fertilization,remote control and viewing of the greenhouse environment,soil temperature and humidity,and real-time crop images.Several drip irrigation and fertilizer applicators can also be used in parallel in different greenhouses for unified operation and control.(3)Test and application research on water and fertilizer uniformity of fertilizer applicator.The results showed that the irrigation and fertilization uniformity of the fertilizer applicator was good,and all the statistical indicators were above 98%.The irrigation flow and fertilization amount of each emitter are affected by the distance from the emitter to the inlet of the branch pipe and the inlet of the capillary.And by planting the Xinjiang characteristic crop Chamagu in the greenhouse,a verification of the water and fertilizer distribution test was carried out and the application effect of the entire system was tested.
