Effect Of Bamboo Leaf Extract On Milk Yield And Milk Composition In Yili Horse

This article studies the effects of different doses of bamboo leaf extracts in the diet on milk yield,milk composition,milk mineral content,antioxidant,immune and hormone levels of Yili horse during lactation.The scientific addition and reasonable application in Yili horse feed provide theoretical basis.In the experiment,24 Yili mares with similar lactation period under the same pasture grazing conditions were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 horses in each group,namely the control group,the trial group I,trial group II and trial group III.The supplementary levels of bamboo leaf extracts in each group were 0,10,20,and 30 g/d.On the 0th,14th,28th,42nd and 56th day of the experiment,the milk yield,milk composition,mineral elements in milk,antioxidant index,immune index and hormone index were determined,and the differences of different doses and different feeding stages were analyzed.The results are as follows:The results show different doses conditions:Compared with the control group,the milk yield of trial group I,trial group II,and trial group III was significantly different(P<0.01);the milk protein rate of trial group I and trial group II was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01);Compared with the control group,the milk fat rate of the trial groupⅡand the trial groupⅢwas significantly different(P<0.01);the lactose rate of the trial groupⅢwas extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The content of Ca in horse milk of trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the T-AOC activity of the trial group II was significantly different(P<0.01);the Vc content of the trial group II was significantly different from the control group(P<0.01).The Ig G content of trial group II was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05);the Ig M content of trial group II was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05);the Ig A content of trial group II was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).The estradiol(E2)in horse milk of trial groupⅡand groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);the progesterone in horse milk of trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that under conditions of different stages:the milk yield of experiment 56 d was extremely different from that of experiment 0 d(P<0.01);the milk protein rate of experiment 56 d was extremely different from that of experiment 0 d(P<0.01);Compared with the test 0 d,the milk fat rate of56 d was significantly different(P<0.01);the lactose rate of 56 d was very different from the test 0 d(P<0.01).The content of Ca in milk was significantly different between the 42 d test and the 0 d test(P<0.01).The T-AOC content was significantly different on the 14th day of the test compared with the 0th day of the test(P<0.01).The content of Ig G in milk was significantly different on day 0 of the test compared with that on day 56 of the test(P<0.01);the content of Ig M in milk was significantly different on day 0 of test and that of test 56 d(P<0.01);Ig A in milk The content was significantly different in test 0 d and test 56 d(P<0.01).The content of estradiol(E2)in milk on the 28th day of the test was significantly different from that on the 0 day(P<0.01);the content of estriol(E3)in the milk on the 28th day of the test was similar to that on the 0 d.The ratio difference was extremely significant(P<0.01);the content of progesterone(P)in milk was significantly different from 0 d and 56 d in the experiment(P<0.01).Conclusion:supplementary feeding of bamboo leaf extract can improve the milk yield and quality of Yili horse,increase the content of Ca in milk,increase the antioxidant capacity of horse milk,increase the content of immunoglobulin in milk,and increase the content of estradiol and progesterone in milk.
