This experiment studied body structure improvment of Thoroughbred-Ili crossbred horse,original Ili horse and registered Ili horse for 2018 competition were selected as the research objects,through sorting out pedigree,measuring body size and screening data,and the inbreeding degree of stud farm Ili horse were analyzed.At the same time,the polymorphism of MSTN speed gene in Thoroughbred-Ili horse was analyzed.It is expected to provide data support for the further cross improvement of Ili horse.The test results are as follows:(1)Analysis of the improvement effect of crossed Ili horse body structureFirstly,the growth and development of Thoroughbred-Ili crossed horse were analyzed and compared with other breeds and Thoroughbred horses.The results showed that the average adult body height of Thoroughbred-Ili crossed horse was 154.57 cm,which was better than that of traditional Ili horse and Ili competitive crossed horse(2010),but there was still a 5 cm gap between the average body height of Thoroughbred-Ili crossed horse and pure blood horse.The body length rate,chest circumference rate and tube circumference rate were 102.64%,113.57% and 12.09% respectively.The chest circumference rate and tube circumference rate were in line with the ideal riding horse body size,and the body length rate was higher than the ideal riding horse index(102.00%),so the body length needs to be further improved.The adult body size of crossed Ili horses born in 2013-2016 in breeding farm was analyzed.The results showed that the average body size(height: 155.29 cm)of crossed Ili horses born in 2014 body height was significantly higher than that in 2013(P<0.05),chest circumference was significantly lower than that in 2013 and 2015(P<0.01),and tube circumference was significantly lower than that in 2013(P<0.01).Secondly,the body measurement analysis of Thoroughbred-Ili generation crossing shows that at the age of 39 months,there was no significant difference between the three generations(body height 156.00 cm,body length rate 102.99%,chest circumference rate 115.43%,tube circumference rate 11.75%)and the other two generations.Thirdly,the body structure of different thoroughbred blood male horse offspring was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the body height of 702 offspring(body height 156.00 cm,body length rate 98.19%,chest circumference rate 109.22%,tube circumference rate 11.67%)was significantly higher than that of the offspring of Christ selection,Jinlong and Jinbiao(P<0.05),the body length rate was significantly lower than that of Jinbiao(P<0.01),and the tube circumference rate was significantly lower than that of Christ selection(P<0.01).Finally,by analyzing and comparing the somatotype structure of adult Ili horses in different farms,it is concluded that the average body height,body length rate,chest circumference rate and tube circumference rate of Chabuchar county and stud farms are 154.46 cm,97.75%,117.37%,12.94% and152.53 cm,99.62%,117.90%,12.46% respectively,and the somatotype structure is better than that of military horse farm,chahanwusun Township and Kalasu.(2)Analysis of the inbreeding coefficient of Ili horses in the stud farmThe average inbreeding coefficient of the Ili horse population in the stud farm was 0.001,the number of inbred individuals was 5,and the average inbreeding coefficient of inbred individuals was0.225.(3)Analysis of MSTN speed gene polymorphism of Ili horses crossed with Thoroughbred horsesFive combined genotypes including IICC(5),INCC(5),INCT(50),NNCT(2)and NNTT(14)were detected in the crossed Ili hores.I-C frequency(0.43)and N-C frequency(0.05)are indicating higher proporsion of C and I variant,and there is a strong linkage between C variant and SINE insertion.Only 2 genotypes NNCT(4)and NNTT(26)were detected in original Ili horses,and a small amount of C alleles did not accompany SINE insertion.Analyzing the correlation between different genotypes of MSTN gene and body structure of crossed Ili hores,it is concluded that the body structure of CC genotype is better than CT and TT genotypes.
