In this experiment,"Jinfeng No.1"Cyperus esculentus was used as the test material, and the presence or absence of mulch film, different irrigation quotas(600 m~3/hm~2,480 m~3/hm~2,360 m~3/hm~2)and cutting times were designed.(Two mowing in summer and autumn and one mowing in autumn)treatment. The effects of drip irrigation and mowing under the mulch on the growth characteristics, yield and quality of Cyperus esculentus were analyzed and studied, with a view to promoting the planting and promotion of Cyperus esculentus in Xinjiang. The development and utilization of Ye resources provide theoretical support. The main research results are as follows:(1)With the decrease of irrigation quota, the growth characteristic indexes and the yield of stems, leaves and tubers of Cyperus esculentus in the unmulched treatment group showed a downward trend, and the decline was most significant when the irrigation quota was 360 m~3/hm~2(P<0.05),And the nutrient components of the stems and leaves of the unmulched treatment group are at a relatively low level;the mulching treatment alleviated the adverse effects of water deficit on the Cyperus esculentus to a certain extent, and effectively retained the nutrients in the stems and leaves. As the irrigation quota decreases, the particle size,100-grain weight and tuber yield first increase and then decrease. When the irrigation quota is600 m~3/hm~2,the maximum stem and leaf dry yield is 4964.47 kg/hm~2,and the maximum tuber dry yield is6943.2 kg/hm~2when the irrigation quota is 480 m~3/hm~2.And under the mulching treatment, when the irrigation quota is 480 m~3/hm~2,the crude protein(CP)content of the stems and leaves of Cyperus esculentus is the highest, the acid detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content is the lowest, and the relative feed value(RFV)is at the highest level.(2)Compared with one cutting in autumn, two cuttings in summer and autumn had a significant effect on the 100-seed weight of the tubers of Cyperus esculentus(P<0.05),but had no effect on the diameter, number of seeds, yield and nutritional components of the tubers.Significant impact(P>0.05).After cutting, the diameter of tubers decreased by 5.26%,the number of seeds increased by 10.35%,and the yield decreased by 5.56%.The crude protein(CP),crude fat(EE),crude ash(Ash),starch(Starch),and soluble sugar of tubers(ASS)and total amino acid(TAA)content decreased.(3)Summer cutting significantly increased the above-ground tillers and stem and leaf yield of Cyperus esculentus(P<0.01),and kept the nutrient quality of the stems and leaves at a high level.Compared with the autumn cutting area(CK),the number of tillers in the summer and autumn cutting area(XQ)increased by 64.7%;the dry yield of stems and leaves was about 7300 kg/hm2,an increase of 97.3%compared with CK;and the CP of stems and leaves treated with XQ.The content is higher, the content of ADF and NDF is lower, the RFV value and the content of mineral elements are at a higher level. In summary, the 80%irrigation treatment under the film can obtain the highest tuber yield while improving the yield and quality of the above-ground stems and leaves.Cutting in summer resulted in the reduction of the tuber diameter of Cyperus esculentus, but had no significant effect on the yield. Two cuttings in summer and autumn have a significant effect on increasing the yield of the above-ground stems and leaves, and high-quality feed for the stems and leaves of Cyperus esculentus can be obtained. |
