Through field investigation and expert consultation,the comprehensive management of Rongsi ecological clean small watershed in Qiyang County was monitored and investigated.According to the collected data,the factors of soil erosion in Rongsi small watershed were analyzed.In the study,12 indicators suitable for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the watershed management were selected,and the evaluation index system suitable for the ecological clean small watershed was constructed.The comprehensive benefit evaluation model of ecological clean small watershed was established by analyzing the impact of the selected indicators on the project watershed.The comprehensive benefit evaluation was completed by comparing the each indicator’s impact on Rongsi ecological clean small watershed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the weight of each index calculated by analytic hierarchy process,soil erosion modulus(0.231)>governance degree(0.1882)>labor productivity(0.115)>vegetation coverage rate(0.1023);domestic sewage treatment rate(0.0721)>per capita net income(0.0658)>Engel coefficient(0.0605)>education level(0.0572);land productivity(0.0352)>grain yield(0.0333)>per capita income(0.065 8)>education level(0.0572).(2)Among the three benefits,the score of economic benefit is the highest,and the order of benefit score is economic benefit(1.73)>ecological benefit(1.54)>social benefit(1.35);the comparison of benefit growth is economic benefit(368.08%)>ecological benefit(366.66%)>social benefit(362.79%);the comparison of benefit contribution rate is ecological benefit(0.5936)>economic benefit(0.2493)>social benefit(0.1571).(3)The benefit of comprehensive management of clean small watershed was significantly improved,from 0.43 in 2014 to 1.56 in 2019,with an increase of 245.64%.The research results show that the comprehensive management effect of Rongsi ecological clean small watershed has reached the advanced standard,and the watershed system is in high-efficiency and sustainable development.The evaluation system model constructed by AHP in this study can also effectively reflect the benefits of comprehensive management of ecological clean small watershed. |
