| Mechanized Sowing is an important part of agricultural mechanization.Precision sowing can make full use of land resources and increase crop yield.Precision seeder is the core component of seeder,which can be divided into mechanical and pneumatic.The seeder mainly relies on the ground wheel to drive the seed metering device to rotate in field operation.Because of the lack of seed box,the plug of the hole in the row tray,the plug of the seed guide pipe and the slipping of the ground wheel,the missed sowing will inevitably occur,which greatly affects the corn yield.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the detection and Research on the missed sowing of corn precision sowing,and to accurately supplement the missed sowing situation,reduce the missed sowing rate and improve the yield of corn.In this paper,based on the analysis of the current domestic and foreign research status of precision sowing detection and reseeding system,a set of corn precision sowing detection and compensation system is designed.According to the situation of missing sowing of corn,a method of missing sowing detection based on sowing time interval detection method was proposed,a set of corn precision sowing missing sowing detection system was designed,and experimental research was carried out to verify the accuracy of the system;A compensation system for missed sowing was designed,including a six scoop wheel metering device and a stepping motor,and the relationship model between the speed of the metering device and the speed of the metering plate was established.The detection and compensation system for missed sowing in precision sowing of corn was constructed.When the system detected the occurrence of missed sowing,the system responded quickly to conduct the supplementary sowing,and the experimental verification was carried out.The specific research work is summarized as follows:(1)A missing seeding detection method based on sowing time interval detection method was proposed,and a set of corn precision sowing missing seeding detection system was designed.At the same time,the speed measurement,display and alarm modules were designed,and bench test was carried out.It was concluded that the detection accuracy of missing seeding detection system for the total seeding amount could reach more than 96%,and for the missing seeding detection,the rotation speed of the metering plate was 13.89 ~ 27.78r/min The highest detection accuracy can reach100%,and the basic detection accuracy can reach more than 90%.When the rotation speed of seed metering plate is greater than 27.78r/min,the detection accuracy of missing seeding begins to decline.(2)A compensation system for missing seeding was designed.The six scoop wheel metering device was selected as the reseeding device,and the bench test of the reseeding device was carried out.The results showed that the optimal installation height of the reseeding device was 150 mm,and the critical working speed was 37.02 R / min.the stepper motor was selected as the power drive of the reseeding system,and the speed and angle accuracy of the stepper motor were tested.The results showed that the speed error of the stepper motor was less than 0.3%,and the angle error was less than 0.3%The error is less than 4%,which can meet the accuracy requirements of miss seeding compensation system;combined with miss seeding detection method,the relationship model between the working speed of the reseeder and the metering plate of the metering device is established.(3)The detection and compensation system of maize precision sowing was designed and verified by experiments.The detection system and compensation system are integrated to determine the components and working principle of the system.The results show that: when the rotation speed of metering plate is between 13.89 ~ 27.78 R / min,the qualified index of Dahua Baolai seed planter can be kept above 95%,and the highest can reach 98.47%.The qualified index of Nongha seed planter can be kept above 90%,and the highest can reach 96.41% which can effectively reduce the rate of missing sowing and improve the quality of seeding. |
