Metabonomic Analysis Of Bletilla Striata With Different Intercropping Based On CG-MS

In this paper,there are two different intercropping models,Phyllostachys pubescens-Bletilla striata,Cyclocarya paliurus-Bletilla striata and pure Bletilla striata,The study site is located at Qiucun Town,Guangde City,Anhui Province.The effects of intercropping models on soil physicochemical properties were analyzed.The metabonomics technology based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to explore the effects of intercropping models on Bletilla striata tubers and its metabolic differences to screen the differences in metabolites and to analyze the different metabolic pathways.The results are as follows.(1)Soil physical and chemical properties of the different intercropping models:the model of Phyllostachys pubescens and Bletilla striata had significant effects on soil total nitrogen(TN)and phosphorus(TP)and soil organic carbon(SOC)(P<0.05).The model of Cyclocarya paliurus and Bletilla striata had significant effects on NH4+-N,NO3--N,SOC,soil water content(SWC),p H,EC and TP(P<0.05).(2)Through PCA and OPLS-DA analysis on the metabolites of Bletilla striata in the different intercropping modes,the samples of Bletilla striata tubers in different intercropping modes were obviously dispersed,and the samples from the different modes could be well distinguished,indicating that different intercropping modes had significant effects on the metabolism of Bletilla striata.(3)The difference analysis based on the OPLS-DA model showed that there was a total of 45 differential metabolites between PB-B(Phyllostachys pubescens-Bletilla striata)and B(Bletilla striata)modes;a total of 36 differential metabolites between CB-B(Cyclobalanopsis paliurus-Bletilla striata)and B modes;and a total of 56 differential metabolites between PB-B and CB-B modes.These substances are mainly amino acids,carbohydrates and their derivatives,organic acids,flavonoids,bibenzyls,etc.The differential metabolites were analyzed through metabolic pathways.The results showed that a total of 17 metabolic pathways in Bletilla striata were affected by PB-B mode,and12 metabolic pathways were affected by CB-B mode.Combination of both PB-B and CB-B modes,a total of 24 metabolic pathways in Bletilla striata were affected,of which the most influential mode was PB-B,with significant effect on 4 metabolic pathways and mainly on amino acid metabolism.In CB-B mode,although there were more different metabolites,it had no significant impact on pathways in Bletilla striata.(4)By comparison of the metabolic differences among models,the results indicated that PB-B model resulted in an increase of the contents of some anti-cancer components,such as Iridin and Perifosine.In CB-B model,an increase of the contents of some whitening and antibacterial substances were observed,such as Arbutin,Hexachlorophene Ofloxacin.Fruit glycosides,hexaclofen,and ofloxacin.In comparison between different intercopping models(PB-B and CB-B),it was found that arginine,an anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory components were also increased.
