Strawberry is one of the most popular fruits among consumers.Because strawberry is vulnerable to pests and diseases in the growth process, managers will use a large number of pesticides in the growth process of strawberry,so the pesticide residue on strawberry is more serious than other fruits. In this paper,a strawberry base in Anhui Province was taken as the research area, and the pesticide residues in farmland soil and strawberry were taken as the research objects. The detection methods of 32 pesticides in soil and 15 pesticides in strawberry were established by ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS /MS)and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS / MS).Through the determination of strawberry and strawberry planting soil, the pesticide residue status and spatial distribution characteristics of the strawberry base were clarified, and the health risk assessment of pesticide residue pollution in soil was made, and the dietary risk assessment of pesticide residue pollution on strawberry was made.In order to provide scientific basis for strawberry quality safety. The main research results are as follows :1.Among the 32 pesticides detected in the soil of the strawberry base,29 pesticides were detected, including 23 internally-absorbent pesticides and 6non-internally-absorbent pesticides.Among them, the detection rates of fludioxonil,procymidone,difenoconazole,Kresoxim-methyl and Hexythiazox were relatively high, which were 83.90%,87.32%,87.32%,60.00% and 50.24%,respectively.The detection rates of 16 pesticides such as Pyrimethanil and Myclobutanil were between10% and 50%.The detection rates of the other eight pesticides were below 10%.Among the 15 pesticides detected in strawberry,8 pesticides were detected, including one toxic pesticide was acetamiprid, and the other were low-toxic pesticides. The detection content range was 0.0006 ~ 1.1317 mg / kg.2.By comparing topsoil of different depths,it was found that there were certain differences in pesticide residues between 0-10 cm depth soil and 10-20 cm depth soil.Among the 32 pesticides detected,29 pesticide residues in shallow topsoil were higher than those in deep layer soil, accounting for 90.05% of the number of pesticides detected. The concentration of shallow topsoil was higher than that of deep soil in the range of 0 ~ 0.0166 mg/kg.3.According to the environmental standard method, the health risks of pesticide residues in 205 soil sampling sites were evaluated.According to the classification of farmland pollution levels, there were 37 samples with imidacloprid residues classified as heavy pollution,45 samples with difenoconazole, and 36 samples with indoxacarb, accounting for a relatively high proportion, which caused safety risks to the quality and safety of strawberry.4.The chronic intake risks of eight pesticide residues detected on strawberry to the general population,infants(8 – 20 months)and women of childbearing age(14 – 50 years old)were all between 0 % and 0.915 %,and the % ADI value was far lower than 1 risk,so the chronic dietary risk of strawberry in this base was acceptable. The acute intake risk of 8 pesticide residues to these three groups ranged from 0 % to9.914 %,and % ARf D was far less than 1,so the acute intake risk of strawberry in the base was acceptable. The % ADI and % ARf D values of infants and young children(8-20 months)are relatively higher than those of the other two groups. Therefore, infants and young children are more susceptible to pesticide residues, and special attention should be paid to the dietary safety of infants and young children.
